    Napoli 2-3 Manchester City

Leroy Sane, who has been just superb tonight, whistles a free-kick over the top after a fine run from Fernandinho. Another Sane run then ends with Kevin de Bruyne shut out just as he looked to shoot.

    Tottenham 3-1 Real Madrid

You don't want someone to score another goal for Real Madrid that's for sure. They are taking off Luka Modric though and I'm pretty pleased about that!

He has been Real Madrid's best player.

Manchester City are heading for the knockout stages as it stands. There was a standing ovation for another top goalscorer here too as Sergio Aguero is substituted.

He got a massive hug from Pep Guardiola too!

  5. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 3-1 Real Madridpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Cristiano Ronaldo (80 mins)

One of the scruffier Cristiano Ronaldo goals, but it is another one for the great man. Luka Modric misses a header close in, it comes off his hip and drops down for Ronaldo, who smashes it in from about six yards, off Eric Dier. Almost zero celebration.

It is a standing ovation for Harry Kane in an almost full stadium and rightly so.

Sergio Aguero is off to generous applause all around the San Paolo. Bernardo Silva is on.

  8. Sevilla on track for a new club recordpublished at 21:20 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

Éver Banega has scored for Sevilla who are now beating Spartak 2-0. It’s looking more and more likely that Sevilla will secure a new record tonight – a year unbeaten in their own backyard. A loss for Spartak means their 13-match long unbeaten run is over.

Meanwhile, Porto have come fighting back for that win after a goal from Danilo Pereira, and are now beating Leipzig 2-1. A Leipzig win means Besiktas will be through to the group stages.

Shakhtar Donetsk are beating Feyenoord 3-1 after a second goal from Marlos.

Sitter! Dele Alli should have a hat-trick against Real Madrid. And you don't get many chances to bag them.

Kieran Trippier puts in another magnificent cross, Alli is all alone but closes his eyes and 50ps heads it wide.

Harry Kane comes off, Fernando Llorente on.

    Tottenham 3-0 Real Madrid

Real are gone, a beaten side. They look frazzled by the pace of this Spurs display.

Remember when Spurs couldn't play at Wembley? They're schooling the European Champions.

    Napoli 2-3 Manchester City

    Alistair Bruce-Ball

Sergio Aguero is the club's record goalscorer. That is it! Number 178, breaking a record from almost 80 years ago.

He has the record and Manchester City have the lead!

  17. goal

GOAL - Napoli 2-3 Manchester Citypublished at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Sergio Aguero (69 mins)

THERE'S THE RECORD! 178 goals for the club.

What a game. City break, Leroy Sane is insanely fast through the middle, he's stopped by a great effort of a last-ditch tackle but it pops up for Sergio Aguero in the middle.

I'm screaming at him to pass it as Raheem Sterling is all alone, but Aguero takes a touch and bends it into the corner.

  18. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Napoli 2-2 Manchester City

WHAT A SAVE! Ederson! That was a superb ball from Dries Mertens to free Jose Callejon in behind Fabian Delph, the first positional error from th stand=in left-back. Callejon is one on one and Ederson makes a brilliant save!

  19. Apoel and Dortmund battling it outpublished at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

Apoel have scored against Dortmund - that is now 1-1! That is not a result that really helps either with Spurs thrashing Real Madrid.

Timo Werner scored for Leipzig just two minutes into the second half - but they still trail 2-1 at Porto.

After they drew with Monaco earlier this evening, Besiktas will go through if Leipzig win tonight. That means it could be the first time Besiktas have ever qualified to the group stages.

It's weird that Tottenham have scored three goals and Harry Kane hasn't scored one of them! He will want to score before he goes off the pitch and has a rest.
