    Napoli 0-0 Man City

A lot of Napoli's play is coming down the left - through Faouzi Ghoulam, Marek Hamsik and Lorenzo Insigne.

Pep Guardiola must have anticipated this and gone with Danilo instead of Kyle Walker.

Ash Williams: Chamberlain looking good in midfield. Although it’s only Maribor!

Ferdinand Marshall: It's good too see Gundogan back to full fitness.

Stu: Can someone explain to me where Andrew Robertson is? He got man of the match in his last performance...

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

Spurs on top I would say and threatening at a corner, Cristiano Ronaldo has to head clear in his own area before Casemiro is alert to cut out a cross heading for Harry Kane. The men in white are looking slick but it's SPurs, not Real.

Harry Winks mis-kicks inside the area - that was a chance!

    Napoli 0-0 Manchester City

Brilliant defending at the near post from John Stones to cut out a dangerous cross. Both sides play a similar style of football and it's easy one the eye. This can't stay goalless for long surely...

  5. Feyenoord in frontpublished at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Shakhtar Donetsk 0-1 Feyenoord

Fifteen minutes in and we have our first goal - Nicolai Jorgensen scoring for the Dutch side in Ukraine.

It is an important one too because Feyenoord need to win this game to keep alive their hopes of finishing in the top two.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:01 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Liverpool 0-0 Maribor

An early change needed for Liverpool. Gini Wijnaldum is injured and Jordan Henderson is coming on. Right ankle.

  7. 'Should have gambled'published at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

    Pat Nevin

Natural centre-forwards are the ones who gamble there. If it was Harry Kane running in, he would have gambled on that!

  8. CLOSE!published at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

Wonderful delivery! Kieran Trippier is picked out motoring forwards down the right, he watches the high ball on to his instep and cracks a volley across the six-yard box, half shot, half cross. All danger.

Dele Alli doesn't anticipate it and it goes away. Gary Lineker would have scored.

Couple of flashy early contributions from Cristiano Ronaldo - as well as some hand-wringing and arm waving when passes he was expecting fail to arrive. Theatrical.

  10. 'Spurs getting at Madrid'published at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

    Pat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger on Radio 5 live

Spurs are more dangerous right now and they have been so far in this game. Harry Kane went for the chip then rather than the shot which is unusual.

He usually smashes it! But they are certainly getting at Real Madrid.

    Napoli 0-0 Manchester City

Next level sweeper keeping from Ederson, taking a pass on his goal-line with a Napoli attacker inches away. City are playing some cracking stuff at the back, but they need to as the Napoli press is so intense.

Dries Mertens has a half chance but his shot is blocked before City counter and come close too. Entertaining start!

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

Harry Kane's first sight of goal as he worries Nacho and gets the ball off him, Kane thinks about it and decides to go for an early chip - it's straight at Kiko Casilla though.

Encouraging from Spurs, who look dangerous...

  14. Postpublished at 19:56 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Liverpool 0-0 Maribor

Roberto Firmino glances a header across the face of goal. Liverpool still well on top.

  15. 'High risk'published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Manchster Ciy

    Alistair Bruce-Ball

It is high risk stuff. Both keepers are determined to play with their feet.

I don't think this game is going to let us down!

  16. Postpublished at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

Harry Kane almost finds Christian Eriksen on the fringe of the area, he wants to wait for the ball to drop and it's toed away from him. It's end-to-end and error strewn in midfield so far. The Kroos-Modric carousel is not operating at 100%.

  17. Postpublished at 19:54 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Manchester City

John Stones steps out with the ball and plays a rare long ball, looking for Sergio Aguero over the top but that's loose.

  18. 'Open game'published at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

    Pat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger on Radio 5 live

It's just beginning to take off now. You can see that Tottenham are starting to break away with a bit more pace.

    It's a very open game.

  19. Postpublished at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Liverpool 0-0 Maribor

Liverpool may need to be patient and they are, working it eventually to Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back and his shot is charged down by Jean-Claude Billong.

  20. Postpublished at 19:52 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2017

    Tottenham 0-0 Real Madrid

Spurs are hitting on the break well as Kieran Trippier almost connects with Harry Kane but Real's back-up keeper Kiko Casilla is alert and alive to it. Good claim. Cracking noise inside Wembley.
