Josh Hammond: United can't seem to win any praise at the moment. If they hammer a team it's because it's an 'easy team', and if they draw or lose they get ridiculed for having no attacking intent.

In Turin Luis Suarez curls a free-kick on to the roof of the net, lovely strike from range.

Handball by Matteo Darmian on the edge of the area. Marouane Fellaini heads the subsequent free-kick away but straight to Serey Die, who charges in and smashes a powerful effort just wide.

The Basel crowd have been excellent throughout but their side's start to this half has got them even more vocal. The hosts are carrying more of a threat.

Harry Cunningham: I can't wait to see what Rodgers makes of this; "showed character", "can compete with the best", "made them work hard". Celtic have been shown for what they are.

The hosts are immediately on the attack as Renato Steffen swings in a cross. It's just over Michael Lang's head but is looking good for Mohamed Elyounoussi to poke in at the far post, but he doesn't connect.

He hasn't come on at the break but Lionel Messi is out warming up for Barcelona. As it stands Barca are going to win the group - Juve would have to wait to qualify.

Luca Jackson: Teams like Man City and PSG are only dominant because of their ridiculous summer spending. They have such an unfair financial advantage it is bordering on cheating. UEFA need to do more to prevent this from happening because football is at risk of becoming artificial.

Unfair that Lisa! Celtic haven't done much wrong, they had a good few chances early on and are playing some decent stuff.

They've just been buried by some wonderful finishing. PSG are the real deal this season.
