And now Spurs are stroking the ball about very confidently, without a care in the world. West Ham's players looked shell-shocked.

Again, the movement from Spurs was too much for the West Ham back three and midfield.

It was a simple ball. As soon as that ball was lose, Tottenham were on it.

Harry Kane just has that striker's instinct. It was a good goal for Spurs but West Ham have to have a look at themselves.

The movement of Spurs is outstanding. It's world-class.

Dele Alli smelt blood as soon as the ball got cut out across the pitch. The moment that turnover happened, the reaction of Alli and Harry Kane is electric.

Everything to perfect on the transition to a counter-attack from Spurs. That is a great example of winning the ball back and hurting the opposition.

Another top-notch block from West Ham denies Harry Kane. He is picked out on the edge of the box by a pull-back from Christian Eriksen, but in comes a home player to prevent the shot going anywhere.

Soon after, we get the first signs this might boil over as Mark Noble comes flying through Moussa Sissoko after a short period of wrestling for the ball between a number of players.

Sanchez gets his own back on Carroll but illegally, as he pushes him to the turf. This is a battle to watch.

There will be a little bit of a re-shuffle to make this work because Andy Carroll for Antonio is not a like-for-like substitution.

We know what Andy Carroll can do though.

Carroll's first act is to expertly chest down the ball and push the helpless Davinson Sanchez aside to big cheers, which evaporate as his pass goes straight out of play.

Off goes Antonio, on comes Andy Carroll. Different challenge for the Spurs defence now.

This could be bad news for West Ham. Michail Antonio is down on the turf and grimacing after pulling up. Looks like his afternoon might be over.

Kane picked up a great position at the back post. He was just ahead of the ball though which is why he missed the opportunity from close range - but he was flagged offside anyway.

The flag spares Harry Kane's blushes.

Serge Aurier is put in down the right and drives into the box before firing a low cross across goal that Kane fails to convert into an open net.

It wouldn't have counted anyway, though, as the striker had just wandered offside, somewhat to his relief in the end.

Toby Alderweireld from miles out... wide. Worth an effort, I guess. The camera then picks out Dele Alli. First I've seen of him so far.

Tottenham do finally string some passes together but Eric Dier dwells on his shot and is blocked. The away side come again but Winston Reid does well to head away Eriksen's cross.

Tottenham struggling to get into this. West Ham are giving them no space and snapping into tackles. It is much to the liking of the home fans.

Everything is coming down the left for West Ham. Aurier is caught out of position again as the ball is fed into Arnautovic in space, but his cross is too heavy and floats out of play.

What an outstanding recovery tackle from Aurier on Arnautovic with that tackle in the box. It was initially great aggressive play from Arnautovic. But the strength and recovery Aurier showed - it was an outstanding tackle.
