A corner to Liverpool relieves a bit of pressure on the defence. Philippe Coutinho sends the ball in and Dejan Lovren tries to break through the defence to meet it but he's got Harry Maguire all over him. The Liverpool defender is fuming, he thinks he was being held by Maguire and expresses his frustration at the referee Anthony Taylor, who shows him a yellow card.

Simon Mignolet did well to push over Jamie Vardy's header from Riyad Mahrez's free-kick but from the corner Leicester to score as Shinji Okazaki pokes in.

But when Leicester do attack the Liverpool defence they force it to make errors. Jamie Vardy outpaces Joel Matip to a ball over the top and Matip drags down the striker.

Ten shots on goal for Liverpool so far in this half. A familiar story of plenty of chances created but they have taken them this time. Leicester haven't tested the Reds defence as much as Craig Shakespeare would have liked.
