West Ham's Michail Antonio has just told Sky Sports he forgot to perform his pre-planned goal celebration when he scored at Burnley last week.

What was it and will he perform it if he finds the net later?

"If I score, I'm going to do the celebration I had planned to do at Burnley last weekend, but I forgot, but it's a secret," he says.

Shane Duffy and Lewis Dunk are a great partnership for Brighton. They are both big lads.

The problem is I don't see ball in air too much from West Ham. I think it will be run into the channels and in behind. If I was West Ham that is what I'd be looking at.

  3. 'Stupid' Carrollpublished at 19:35 British Summer Time 20 October 2017

    West Ham United

Andy Carroll misses out tonight after his red card at Burnley last week - the 12th West Ham player to be shown sent off since Slaven Bilic took over in 2015.

"Is there a lack of discipline? I don't think so," said the Hammers boss.

"None of these red cards [since June 2015] were from a typical lack of discipline. Nobody headbutted anyone.

"Andy's [dismissal at Burnley] was basically stupid. But many of the red cards we appealed and they were ruled out - three or four, or even five, were completely big mistakes from the referees.

"I don't remember one that I would connect with lack of discipline and letting the team down."

They may have almost identical records this season, but there are contrasting moods around these two clubs.

Brighton will be pretty happy with their return so far, but Slaven Bilic still looks like a man under pressure going into a match West Ham defender Winston Reid describes as "must win".

Chris Hughton says improving Brighton's away form will be his toughest task, with Albion looking fairly toothless on the road so far this season.

They've managed just one goal in four away games and picked up their only point when playing against 10 men for over an hour.

Last time Brighton won a top-flight away game?

Most of the present Seagulls' squad weren't even born in 1983.

Since a 2-1 win at Swansea's old Vetch Field ground on 1 March 34 years ago, Brighton have played 11 top-flight games away from home, drawing five and losing six.

"At home, I think we have acquitted ourselves well; we've won two games, drawn one and put on a very good show against Manchester City [a 2-0 defeat]," said boss Chris Hughton.

"It's going to be our away form that's going to be the most challenging."

Storm Brian is hurtling towards these shores yet Slaven Bilic fears a hurricane could be brewing at London Stadium.

"It's calm at the moment but it can change tonight," said Bilic when asked about speculation about his future after West Ham's underwhelming start to the season.

"Whoever gets three points tonight, or at the weekend, is going have a calm week. But then you have those hurricanes, there's no point trying to think about that."

With West Ham and Brighton both on eight points this feels like a pivotal game. A win for Slaven Bilic would ease the pressure from the fans after the club's poor start to the season. Things have picked up of late with West Ham taking eight points from their last five league games.

Pressure could mount if they fail to beat Brighton. The good news tonight is that Javier Hernandez is starting. I saw him at the ground yesterday and he said he is "fit and ready" after an injury scare.

As for Chris Hughton, the form has been good at home, but it's away from home they have struggled. No win all season on the road.

Three points will tee them up well ahead of games against teams around them - Southampton, Swansea and Stoke are all to come.
