Josh Earl: I wasn't confident coming into this game with Watford playing brilliantly and United's awful displays as of late.. Loving this though!!

    West Brom 0-0 Newcastle

West Brom would go above Everton with a point tonight, that's the good news. But they could surely push on for a home win.

And there's a chance! Hal Robson-Kanu meets a floaty cross from the left, he mistimes his jump though and it's more shoulder than head, easy for Karl Darlow to save.

  3. Half time changes for Hornetspublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

    Watford 0-3 Man Utd

    Danny Murphy
Former Liverpool midfielder on Radio 5 Live

I think there will be a few changes at half time from Watford, they may as well go for it after the break. But then City did score six here, and United might be looking at that, and trying to make a statement to their neighbours.

  4. Nip and tuck at the Amexpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

    Brighton 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Tony Husband
BBC MOTD commentator at the Amex

Christian Benteke has proved a threat for Crystal Palace on his return to the starting line-up. Brighton have had their moments going forward as well. But there is really little to choose between the sides at the Amex.

If you had a medium tell you that Gary Megson, Roy Hodgson, Alan Pardew and Sam Allardyce would be managing in the Premier League by Christmas 2017, and Ashley Young was scoring hat-tricks, you'd demand a refund.

  6. First time for everythingpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

    Watford 0-3 Man Utd

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Vicarage Road

That is the first time Ashley Young has scored two in a game for Manchester United since the 2011-12 season, when he did it twice, against Arsenal and Tottenham.

He has never scored a hat-trick in his entire professional career.

Paul Gourley: What a goal from Ronaldo! Oh I mean Young! Have you had your weetabix?

Elmir: The end is near...Ashley Young scored two goals, I repeat it Ashley Young scored two goals (not own goals)

That's horrendous defending. A bad clearance, Anthony Martial is through, and he's punished them - he certainly knows where the goal is. And that is game over.

GOAL - Leicester 2-0 Tottenhampublished at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

    Riyad Mahrez (45 mins)

Is that a transfer window coming up on the horizon?

Goodness me what a goal that is! Riyad Mahrez gets the ball deep on the right-hand side, he's allowed to cut inside and make tracks and then hits a dipping, curling effort with his left foot which is right into the top corner.

Vardy scores. Mahrez scores. Leicester looking back to their old selves.

  13. goal

GOAL - Watford 0-3 Manchester Unitedpublished at 32 mins

    Anthony Martial

Watford had been on top in the early exchanges, but have been put to bed by a clinical Manchester United side.

Defender Christian Kabasele makes a mess of a headed clearances, giving a chance for Anthony Martial to break to the edge of the area and roll in cool finish past Heurelho Gomes.

32 minutes gone and this one may well be over already.

  14. CLOSE!published at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

Ah, Newcastle go close! A fine ball in from the left is nodded just wide by Joselu, but he should have left it! Matt Ritchie was coming in behind him and clear...

When you're up against the best teams and the best players in the country, you've got to be so on it all the time because they can hurt you so quickly. As we've seen there. All Watford's good work has been undone.

    Watford 0-2 Man Utd

Super strike don't get me wrong but the goalkeeper has to catch it . The goalkeeper should be saving it, because it's on his side, he should be stood there.

  19. goal

GOAL - Watford 0-2 Manchester Unitedpublished at 20:25 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

    Ashley Young (25 mins)

Wow! That's an even better goal!

Ashley Young finds the very top corner with a superb free-kick. Where is this form coming from?!

Heurelho Gomes gambled by taking a step to his left before Young struck the ball but that is a special goal.

  20. You've changed your tunepublished at 20:24 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

    Watford 0-1 Man Utd

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Vicarage Road

The Watford fans near me applauded Ashley Young's name when it was read out prior to kick off.

Fair to say they were not applauding him as he celebrated.

And there were more boos when he went to take that corner.

He thought he has scored his first goal in 18 months against Brighton on Saturday but it went down as an own goal.
