  1. Rooney looking to impress?published at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Everton 0-0 West Ham

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Radio 5 live

Wayne Rooney has started the game very well tonight. He's started in a deeper role but he's going searching for the ball and dictating the play for Everton. He has taken everything on his shoulders so far this game and it's a good sign for Everton.

  2. Postpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Chelsea 0-0 Swansea

Swansea midfielder Renato Sanches comes through the ball of Marcos Alonso, bringing the Chelsea wing-back down. He just got a touch on the ball first so escapes conceding a penalty.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

No goals on the south coast but plenty of action so far. The Cherries go close this time as Callum Wilson hooks in a volley which is half shot, half cross and ends up doing neither job really. It was dangerous though.

    Chelsea 0-0 Swansea

Willian finds Pedro and his bouncing shot from 25 yards is tipped around the post by Lukasz Fabianski.

From the corner, Alvaro Morata heads right at the Swans keeper.

    Manchester City 0-0 Southampton

As you'd expect City are controlling the ball for long periods, but Shane Long is looking a nuisance up top on the break for the Saints. Granted, he hasn't scored for about nine months, but the run's got to come to an end at some stage right?

    Arsenal 1-0 Huddersfield

Half a chance for the Terriers. They win a free-kick on the left wing, Chris Lowe bends it in and Zanka heads over the top.

  9. Postpublished at 20:06 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Everton 0-0 West Ham

Wayne Rooney fizzes a long Hollywood ball forward for Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who just about keeps it in play. But Winston Reid holds him in the corner, where he can't cause any havoc.

Taher Uddin: Moyes is British and was given the biggest job in world club football. He messed that up! I don't think Man United will make that mistake again... or any of the other top 6 clubs!

Jamie: Allardyce, Pardew and Moyes getting jobs is a joke. The media harps on about young British managers not getting jobs, how can they when these dinosaurs are employed! Why did no one look at Michael O'Neill or Derek McInnes?

  11. Clarets pushing onpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Burnley have certainly had the better of the opening quarter of an hour at the Vitality Stadium, as this average position graphic shows.

Jeff Hendrick, number 13, is getting a lot of the ball wide on the left for the Clarets.

  12. Postpublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Everton 0-0 West Ham

A tale of two managers today (well three managers really). David Unsworth, in charge of Everton for the last time, scored the first goal of the David Moyes era at the Toffees.

Moyes has lost all four games without scoring against his old club since leaving them for Manchester United.

A banner in the crowd says 'I support Everton, not Sam Allardyce' - who will replace Unsworth after this game.

  13. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Manchester City 0-0 Southampton

Manchester City are playing the two strikers tonight along with Raheem Sterling, and it makes for an open midfield. Shane Long is straight in at their back four but takes a bad touch, before Fabian Delph whistles in a low shot at the other end which is straight at Fraser Forster.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Almost the opener for Burnley! I enjoy watching them play, I have to say. They move the ball smartly out to the right where Phil Bardsley sends in a fine cross. It's over one man in white but finds the head of Chris Wood, who heads down on goal. It bounces towards the top corner but Asmir Begovic stretches to make the save.

If you're being critical, the big man should have scored I think. He didn't have to jump to meet it.

  17. 'Allardyce won't work a miracle if he keeps Everton up'published at 19:59 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

Everton v West Ham (20:00 GMT)

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Radio 5 live

Former Toffees midfielder Leon Osman believes Everton fans will eventually warm to Sam Allardyce's appointment...

If games are being won then yes. Long term, maybe not, but with Allardyce he's been going into teams with bottom-of-the-league players - I know Everton are there for now but he isn't working a miracle if he keeps Everton in the Premier League. Like at Bolton, he has some quality players here so hopefully he can produce something similar at Goodison.

  18. Postpublished at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2017

    Chelsea 0-0 Swansea

Alvaro Morata shoots from about 18 yards out but it's easily held by Lukasz Fabianski. The Blues are definitely getting on top now.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Good spell for the hosts now as Marc Pugh teases his man down the left and stands up a good cross which is just too high for Callum Wilson. Good game.
