  1. Postpublished at 76 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Ooooh - Adrian does not claim this cleanly but apparently Alvaro Morata fouled him anyway - probably a bit soft that.

  2. Postpublished at 75 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Eden Hazard picks the ball up deep. He's on his bike past Alvaro Morata but the return pass doesn't come.

All the West Ham players marking their men.

Hazard drives into the box, three of the home side around him. He blasts a shot that is deflected wide for a corner.

Laura Shipley: As a West Ham fan it is good to see us putting up some resistance in games for a change!

Connor McMeekin: It's the standard 'Chelsea come to town let's pretend we're Real Madrid'.

  4. Postpublished at 73 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

I reckon that's a bit harsh on Eden Hazard. He's not beaten four players and found the top corner - which we know we can - but he's probably been the brighest Chelsea presence up front. Maybe that's saying something.

West Ham are back lined up in anticipation of the next Blue (or today, white) wave.

A huge last 15 minutes coming up.

West Ham do need to push up, because they have been dropping deep.

They would really be under the cosh if Hazard was playing well, drifting past opposition players. But I'm not sure Hazard's got past a single West Ham player.

When Adrian caught the ball just then, David Moyes led the applause, hands above his head.

Moyes made a big call today. If it had gone wrong, major questions would have been asked.

But, so far, the Scot has got it spot on.

Wonder what Joe Hart is thinking on the bench?

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 69 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

That's Marko Arnautovic done - he's coming off for fellow forward Diafra Sakho. The goal's in the bag, he's got to be happy at last.

Now Pedro Obiang goes in the book now for a terrible tackle on N'Golo Kante. A panicky challenge.

  8. CHANCE!published at 68 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

West Ham are living on the edge here now. Winston Reid reaches to head clear after moments before blocking Andreas Christensen from close range on the penalty spot.

Under 20 minutes for them to hold on...

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 67 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

A mistake from Aaron Cresswell now close to his own goal and Willian nicks it past him - Cresswell brings him down on the edge of box and it's a yellow for him too - professional foul.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 66 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

This should be a West Ham ball, no? A throw-in slips out of Pedro's hands into play and Pablo Zabaleta swoops in to claim it. It's gone the other way though - back to Chelsea.

The zealous Winston Reid cleans out Alvaro Morata and gets a yellow card. Pretty clumsy challenge.

David Moyes picked Michail Antonio as a lone striker at Manchester City last week.

Antonio is a winger and his pace unsettled the City defence.

He is doing the same to Chelsea today. The big difference is West Ham's midfield is supporting him far better.

Chelsea are running out of ideas - and with 27 minutes left, they have now used all their subs.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 65 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Antonio Conte makes his third and final change.

Wing-back Davide Zappacosta is off - midfielder Willian on. Pedro to cover on the wing?

  13. Postpublished at 63 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Ah, that's poor from Marko Arnautovic. Maybe the first thing he's done wrong all day. Michail Antonio was in on goal with a nicely weighted pass - but instead Arnautovic's ball is too heavy. A let off for Chelsea.

Arthur Masuaku isn't giving up though. He's been really bright too. The left wing-back drives down the flank to win a corner.

J Sandler: That is a stonewall penalty - if Christensen's hand is not in the way, Arnautovic is in. Should've been given.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 58 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Adrian is booked apparently for time wasting as he takes this goal kick. There's a half hour left!

  16. CHANCE!published at 58 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

A clever Chelsea free-kick that may have worked in training doesn't come off here.

Cesc Fabregas shapes to chip into the box but instead drives wide to Victor Moses, whose cross/shot is blocked by Aaron Cresswell.

The away side work it back to the edge of the box again where Davide Zappacosta shapes an effort just wide of the far post.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 55 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Penalty or no penalty, Victor Moses is on to replace Marcos Alonso. Like for like at wing back.

David Moyes is looking rather hot under the collar.

    Pat Nevin

I think that was a handball, in the sense that it hit his hand. Was it deliberate? Well, I've seen referees give that.

  19. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 53 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Oooh - it could be given this.

Marko Arnautovic flicks the ball inside Andreas Christensen and the ball strikes the Chelsea defender's hand in the box.

The referee waves it away. David Moyes is asking questions.

  20. Postpublished at 53 mins

    West Ham 1-0 Chelsea

Another great block in the box from Angelo Ogbonna to deny a diving Chelsea header.

Then a ball comes over the top and Adrian rashly rushes out to clear - luckily for him Winston Reid is in control and the flag was up for offside anyway.
