To be honest it hasn't been great, this game. We haven't had to raise our voices at all, it's a dull atmosphere at Stamford Bridge today, and if either manager wants to get three points they need to change something.

Ryan Bertrand has done brilliantly to get back and block Willian's effort then. At first viewing it looked good, but looking at the replay it is magnificent defending from Bertrand - he's had to cover 30 or 40 yards to get there.

Granit Xhaka who, like Ozil, can hit one, sends a daisycutter across the Emirates turf from about 25 yards out, but it flies marginally wide of Rob Elliot's left-hand upright.

All about keeping the scoreline respectable eh Newcastle?

Eden Hazard has acres of space on the left and races clear before spinning the ball across the box.

It reaches Willian, but the Chelsea forward can only air-kick as Saints' Ryan Bertrand has tracked back to make a brilliant and perfectly-timed tackle.

The real problem Chelsea have at the moment is that without Alvaro Morata there's no one to get balls in the box to - without him there's no real height for them. So, they're having to play it into feet every time and Southampton are dealing with it well at the moment.

Fraser Forster has had plenty to do in the last few minutes.

The Southampton keeper is sent into action, stretching out to his right to stop N'Golo Kante's effort.
