Excellent game! Arsenal win it thanks to some top-class stuff from Alexis Sanchez. But Palace gave it their all.
Crystal Palace 2-3 Arsenal
Arsenal break away, Jack Wilshere finds Mesut Ozil but he tries to take it into the corner instead of into the area and the ball is lost. Is that it?
Crystal Palace 2-3 Arsenal
Wilfried Zaha wins a corner, cleared. Back to Andros Townsend - get it in the middle - poor cross...
Crystal Palace 2-3 Arsenal
Arsenal have the ball up in the corner, where they will hope to keep it. Up the jumper time.

Arsenal had more than enough to deal with it, but Tomkins is unmarked at the back post. They are marking zonally and it just takes a few steps from Tomkins as they defenders are jumping vertically.

FOUR minutes added on. Can Palace find a late goal at home once again?...
James Tomkins
Deserved - Palace have been all over Arsenal for the last few minutes and they have one back. Such a soft goal to concede, the corner comes in and James Tomkins heads into the net. Petr Cech was behind the line when he dived for that! Basics.
Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
Bakary Sako - close! His shot is deflected wide...
Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
If Palace could play for the full 90 minutes like they can for five minutes at a time they'd shoot up the league. They have Arsenal pinned back now, Bakary Sako putting himself about.

Kyle: Zaha has again shown his quality tonight. As much as I would love him to sign for Newcastle, we have no chance of getting him. I can see him staying at Palace till the end of the season then joining Everton in the summer.
Ollie: Benteke is remarkably bad in the air. Yes, the ball and his head sometimes connect - mainly because his head is higher than other heads - but it never achieves anything and he loses more duels than he wins.
Dave Martin: How’s Wenger going to spend the Sanchez windfall? Or is Wilshere like a new signing?
Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
This season is the first time since 2013-14 that Wilshere has provided two or more Premier League assists in a single season for Arsenal. Just saying.
Palace go close again! They are a streaky team but can really turn it on in five-minute spells. Wilfried Zaha is inevitably involved as his ball across is cleared before Bakary Sako puts a shot into orbit...

Here we go again. Wilshere gets one assist against one of the worst defences in the league and suddenly he ‘has to go to Russia’. The guy has managed 20 Premier League starts in a year. And has scored seven league goals in his entire eight season career.

Ah what a chance! Palace have not had a sniff since Arsenal regained the lead but that's a great opportunity. Sub Bakary Sako floats over a cross from the right, Hector Bellerin has lost Wilfried Zaha but just gets enough of a challenge in to put the forward off, and Zaha mistimes his jump and heads well wide. More off his shoulder than forehead. He was only six yards out there.

Rezaa Sait: Good news for Sanchez? This performance proves what a good player he still is. Bad news for Wenger? It doesn't have an effect on his price tag given his contract expires soon.
Kyle: Arsenal have been brilliant tonight but they are so frustrating to watch as they don't produce these type of performances in consistently enough to challenge for the title. Great performance from them tonight though.
Mat VP: Lacazette looking rightly ticked off. Again mis-used and sacrificed for a player who wants to leave. If anyone can kill a players confidence Arsene Wenger can!
Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
Ball! What a ball that is, Shkodran Mustafi pings a 65-yard ball from the middle of the back three into the run of Hector Bellerin, who meets it inside the Palace box and hits a powerful shot which Julian Speroni pushes clear.

Here come the Wilshere bandwagon jumpers! One good pass and he's suddenly England's best player. Hasn't done anything of note for 18 months.
Andrew, Bristol.

Jack Wilshere shows the other side of his game by getting a foot in against Wilfried Zaha. On talent he'd get into the England team wouldn't he? Keeping fit has been his perennial problem, as well as finding a proper position. Roy Hodgson played him in front of the back four, that's not his role.

John Wedgwood: Wilshere renaissance might just earn him England WC spot! Creative, brave but made of glass! Until now...?
Richard Gardner: Where will we be if Sanchez goes?
Paul Kenny: Sanchez seems to have a real PEP in his step
Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
Alexis Sanchez is now playing as the central Arsenal striker, with Francis Coquelin sitting behind the midfield pair. Can the Gunners see this one out?
