Which EFL manager would you have wanted your club to sign?

To get you started, Notts County captain Richard Duffy was asked this week who, at their pomp, would he have rather played alongside, his now manager Kevin Nolan or Harry Kewell?

With an awkward grin, he said: "I have to say Nolan don't I..."

Granted, BBC Radio Nottingham's Notts County reporter Charlie Slater put Duffy on the spot but in this case, I'd say he got that answer spot on!

A decade ago, Harry Kewell and Kevin Nolan were crossing paths on Premier League pitches as players.

Today, Socceroos great and all round bonzer Aussie Kewell leads Crawley Town as boss against Notts County, managed by Nolan, a veteran of more than 400 Premier League games.

It is a pretty interesting match up, but by no means are they the only big name former players knocking around as managers in the English Football League.

We are asking you, the reader, to tell us who of the current EFL bosses - be it Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink or Jaap Stam - would you have wanted most as a player?
