    Slaven Bilic swaps one debutant for another as he brings 19-year-old winger Nathan Holland on for his West Ham debut and takes off the 18-year-old Montenegrin Sead Haksabanovic.

    Holland joined the Hammers from Everton at the start of the year and their Academy manager Terry Westley has previously said he reminds him of a young Ryan Giggs.

    Just over a year ago he broke his thigh bone and jaw in a car crash and there were genuine fears he'd never play again, but here he is back on a football pitch, a fantastic effort by him and Palace.
