  1. goal

GOAL - Hyde United 0-4 MK Donspublished at 72 mins

    Ed Upson

Someone clearing up around a sleeping body, requests for cab numbers, daylight peeking over the horizon.

This really is the end of the party.

A lovely run from Chuks Aneke, who then lays the ball off for Ed Upson to side-foot home from 12 yards.

    Hyde are looking ragged.

Stephen Limb: Game over for Hyde unfortunately, fantastic exposure for the club though

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 70 mins

    Hyde United 0-3 MK Dons

The first change for MK Dons as Peter Pawlett makes his return from injury at the expense of Ryan Seager, who has missed a couple of chances in attack.

Chuks Aneke has started to run midfield for MK Dons by the way. Big and strong, as well as skillful, there are some tired Hyde legs chasing him out there....

  4. 'It couldn't be much easier'published at 21:23 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2017

    Hyde United 0-3 MK Dons

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC Two

It's just a ball into their box which they fail to deal with. It couldn't be much easier for Ethan Ebanks-Landell. It was like a pinball machine and it landed beautifully to him.

The MK Dons manager knew they came into this game under pressure and he could have been clinging onto his job if they'd lost.

  5. goal

GOAL - Hyde United 0-3 MK Donspublished at 67 mins

    Ethan Ebanks-Landell

Hyde United's FA Cup run is running out of steam.

They have a couple of chances to clear the corner, but take neither and, after Ryan Seager's shot is blocked, Ethan Ebanks-Landell is left with the simplest of chances to blast home from four yards.

    Done. Dusted.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 63 mins

    Hyde United 0-2 MK Dons

Peter Crook with a great save, but only after a horror show of a clearing kick.

The Hyde goalkeeper presented striker Ryan Seager with a clean run in goal but saved his own embarrassment and further damage to the scoreline, by getting down sharply to save.

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC Two

He's in so much space - he's got to hit the target. The ball seemed to spend an age in the air, a glancing header would have been enough.

Had to be. But somehow it wasn't.

Tom Pratt hoists a ball into the middle of the MK Dons box, the marking has gone AWOL and Harry Coates has all the time in the world to watch it onto his forehead.

He leaps well, thrusts his neck muscles into it, but sends his header over the top from eight yards.

Heads in hands in the stands.

  9. 'He's gone for glory'published at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2017

    Hyde United 0-2 MK Dons

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC Two

What a ball. Again we talked about Luke Porritt, it's a brilliant cross.

But the finish has got to be a side foot. He's gone for the glamour volley but be controlled. He's gone for glory but he doesn't have the ability to do that.

  10. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Hyde United 0-2 MK Dons

Luke Porritt wraps his left foot around the ball after standing up his defender and it is a wonderful delivery, full of pace and curl.

Tom Pratt can't find the finish to match though.

He goes for a flying scissor-kick volley that is somewhere between Karate Kid and Di Canio, but it is nowhere near as accurate as either of those two.

His effort flies clean over the MK Dons goal.

  11. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Hyde United 0-2 MK Dons

MK Dons have started the second with a bit of swagger in their stride.

Chuks Aneke in particular looks in the mood to strut his stuff on the baize.

He gets more hang-time than a peak Michael Jordan but can't keep his header on target from George Williams' cross.

  12. Watch: Chuks Aneke doubles MK Dons' leadpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2017

Two moments of individual quality have cost Hyde United tonight.

Chuks Aneke's casual free-kick for the second goal stands a re-watch.

  13. Elsewherepublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2017

We could have our first micro-cupset, as League Two relegation battlers Port Vale are 2-0 up against Oxford, Tom Pope their second goalscorer.

And Jon Stead - formerly of Bristol City - has put Notts County 3-2 up against Bristol Rovers. County were 2-0 down after 11 minutes in that one...

The Hyde manager will say 'we have to get the next goal - score the next goal and we can get back into it'. Especially with this crowd behind them. They're not going to have many more games like this.

  17. 'We might have to go for things a bit earlier'published at 20:47 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2017

    Hyde United 0-2 MK Dons

Hyde assistant manager David McGurk on BBC Two: "That goal is a bit of a blow. We might have to go for things a bit earlier in the second half now, but try not to let ourselves be too open. We don't want to be out of the game 10 minutes into the second half."

Chuks Aneke has been well schooled at Arsenal. That is a top finish. So nonchalant, his body language. It's on a postage stamp.
