Chuks Aneke canters at the Hyde defence and slips the ball to Ryan Seager in the box.

The MK Dons striker takes a fraction too long getting the ball out his feet though and goalkeeper Peter Crook is out to throw his limbs in every direction and get a block on it.

Hyde United's fans are chanting their side's name to the tune of Depeche Mode's I Just Can't Get Enough.

Or just the chorus bit with lots of de-de-di-di in between.

Needs work.

But they are finishing the half on a high...

Hyde United first-team coach Gareth Prendergast has just been speaking to BBC Two.

"We've been discussing how to get more pressure on MK Dons and make it more of a cup tie - take them out of their comfort zone."

MK Dons' Ethan Ebanks-Landell heads away Phattharaphol Khamsuk's cross from inside his own six-yard box. He had to stretch every sinew for that.

And then Tom Pratt drills in a decent effort from out on the right edge of the box and Lee Nicholls had to get down smartly in the visitors' goal.

Hyde United won't want to hear the half-time whistle. They have come on really strong in the last 10 minutes.

It is all about Phattharaphol Khamsuk for Hyde United.

The young academy product is at the heart of everything good in attack for the hosts.

He snaps a fierce effort over the top from 15 yards as the MK Dons defence rushes out at him following a botched clearance.

Phattharaphol Khamsuk is sent sprawling on the edge of the box by a clumsy MK Dons challenge and dusts off the rubber crumb to take the free-kick himself.

It is a peach of an effort as well.

Swerving, dipping, Lee Nicholls is just a specatator - but it is off the stanchion behind the goal.

It's a clever pass from Khamsuk. Good run by Tom Pratt, he gets his head up. Khamsuk males a run for him but he spins and hits it. He's desperate for that headline tomorrow but there was no quality on the shot.

That is more like from Hyde.

Phattharaphol 'Big' Khamsuk slips a nice pass to Tom Pratt just outside the box.

Neat turn, head up, but his shot is high and wide.

It might have been worth looking to slip the ball back to Khamsuk who was bombing on in search of a return pass.

Ryan Seager, on loan from Southampton, has a solid effort from 20 yards, but it is far too central and Hyde United goalkeeper Peter Crook swallows it with ease.

It a right barnstormer of an FA Cup tie in progress at Meadow Lane.

Notts County, who were two down after 11 minutes at home to Bristol Rovers, have scored twice in two minutes with Ryan Yates getting both.

Just 34 minutes gone there.

It is worth another look as well. Lovely spot from the former Celtic man...

More quality from MK Dons' Aidan Nesbitt as he twists and turns down the left wing and dinks a cross towards the far post where Kieran Agard cannot quite get over the top of the header to lever some real power into the effort.

His effort loops up tamely for Peter Crook to claim.

A touch of quality from Aidan Nesbitt. It's good play from MK Dons, nobody gets tight, But Nesbitt hits it so early that he gives the keeper no chance. It's a lovely curling shot.

Robbie Neilson will be delighted, this will keep the crowd quiet. Not that he looks like he's enjoying it.

Hyde are not wasting time when they win the ball in midfield.

The ball breaks away from an MK Dons foot and United striker Phattharaphol Khamsuk is already on his bike, hammering forward.

Unfortunately for the hosts, Tom Pratt cannot pick the pass over the top.
