England's central midfield remains a big issue. Chris Waddle has been a long-standing fan of Jonjo Shelvey as he can pass it in there but he doesn't look too close to a call-up.

There are certainly three places up for grabs. Dele Alli and Harry Kane are locked in, Eric Dier may be close to being so but who else would you put in?

I think Gareth Southgate will be really pleased, when you play the power nations you have got to put in the performances we have. It is a step in the right direction. The next step is, can we take on the big nations?

Tonight we went from back to front and missed the midfield, we need a bit of creativity.

How is Dier our midfield general when he doesn't show for the ball and when he gets it, loses it? Hope Winks is back soon. Or Wilshere?... Or Carrick? Someone who can pass.

England almost nick it! Ashley Young puts in a cross from the left, Tammy Abraham gets a head on it and Dominic Solanke's touch is not quite good enough, Alisson is able to come out and sweep it away from in front of him.

    Good save!

Good from Joe Gomez again to cut out a pass towards Neymar. He's named man of the match at the stadium too.

Look at the difference between the two teams in the substitutions, Brazil can bring on Willian and Fernandinho, they have a real strength in depth.

GOAL - Wales 1-1 Panamapublished at 21:41 Greenwich Mean Time 14 November 2017

    Armando Cooper (90+4 mins)

That's why Panama are at the World Cup! They qualified with a stoppage-time strike and there's another one. Lovely goal too as Armando Cooper - who plays for Toronot - plays a one-two and then places a shot into the bottom corner.

The final goal of the Chris Coleman era?
