Craig Stevanato: Huddersfield v Millwall in 2008. So foggy that we were 'politely' asking the Millwall fans where they were as we couldn't see them due to the fog.

Mark Hillman: I played in Slough once. That was pretty bad.

The players are disappointed with the circumstances the other night. We have to forget that. We have a chance to go out there and put that to bed. We don't want to go out with a whimper.

The senior players have to get the younger players motivated, put an arm around them and tell them to play with belief. Go out and do it.

Let's look at the maths. Switzerland lead 1-0 so Northern Ireland know a 1-0 win takes us to extra time. If the Swiss score first it's really difficult because I think the crowd will get more up for it.

In case it comes to this, here is what the official Uefa website has to say about away goals and how they operate in the play-offs...

"If the scores are level over the two matches, away goals will count double. If the teams still cannot be separated, extra time is required; should both teams score the same number of goals during the course of the additional 30 minutes, the away team will go through. If the score is still level, penalties are required."

Well here we go, this is the night that could define the careers of these Northern Ireland players. So these are the reasons to be hopeful.... - The pitch is poor, the rain relentless. - Only England have won here in 17 years in qualifying games

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill on Sky Sports: "George Saville came on and did well in Belfast and has in his appearances to date. He has the temperament for this. It is an experienced back four. We have tried to put fresh legs and energy into the team.

"We have to play better than we did at home and higher up the pitch than at home. We have options off the bench but the intention is to stay in the game as long as possible and get ahead.

"This is a massive opportunity that may not come around again for these players. We have to be at our best."

The worry is if Switzerland score first. Maybe it doesn't change things too much as we know we will likely need two goals tonight. But the body language would change. We have to stay in the tie for as long as we can. It's possible a defensive error can happen, especially with this pitch tonight so just stay in it.
