    Motherwell 0-1 Celtic

The game has opened up now, with moments of uncertainty in both boxes before Moussa Dembele powers a free header from a corner down and wide. The Celtic striker looks to the heavens in frustration. He knows he should be doing a lot better from there.

Motherwell skipper Carl McHugh picked up a booking just before but I'm really not sure what it's for. Maybe some backchat?

  2. 'A magnificent reaction save'published at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2017

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Radio Scotland

"Oh, my word. That's an unbelievable save, from nowhere Craig Gordon sticks up a hand. I know people have been giving Gordon stick but that is a magnificent reaction save."

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 53 mins

Craig Gordon shows sharp instincts to throw up an arm and keep out a bullet header from Louis Moult.

The Motherwell striker got in front of his man on the edge of the six yard box to meet a powerful cross from Andy Rose.

Motherwell make a change, with Craig Tanner taking over from Liam Grimshaw.

    James Forrest

We've seen this before. Callum McGregor works the ball to James Forrest on the edge of the penalty area and the Celtic winger takes a touch before curling a low shot into the far corner.

Motherwell defender Charles Dunne is perhaps guilty of standing off and giving the Scotland international too much room but it's a fabulous finish.

    Glasgow City v Hibernian (16:10)

In what is a very odd bit of scheduling, the Scottish Women's Cup final is kicking off shortly in Livingston.

For the third year running, it's league champions Glasgow City up against Hibernian, who are the trophy holders.

You can watch the BBC Alba coverage on the BBC Sport website.

    And we're off again...

Lots of tigerish tackles and committed challenges but not many moments of magic for the Hampden crowd to savour so far. Let's hope the second half improves.

  8. Clarke angry with Killie attitudepublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2017

    FT: Kilmarnock 1-3 Aberdeen

After defeat by Aberdeen, Kilmarnock manager Steve Clarke was an angry man.

"I thought the start of the game was disgraceful," he told BBC Scotland.

"It's nothing to do with game plan. It's about the attitude of the players who went onto the pitch.

"Performances by and large have been pretty good.

"For some reason we decided we weren't going to start the game well today. After 10 minutes, the game is over."

  9. McInnes on high for Rangers gamespublished at 16:01 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2017

    FT: Kilmarnock 1-3 Aberdeen

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes is delighted with the victory at Rugby Park ahead of two games against Rangers.

"Loads of positives," he told BBC Scotland. "It's a good win for us.

"It's not very often Rangers lose three games in a row.

"It's just for us to try and go there with a confidence.

"I think today helped us. Hopefully we can impose ourselves on the game on Wednesday."

  10. 'Celtic are completely out of sorts'published at 15:59 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2017

    HT: Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

    Tom English
    Chief sports writer, BBC Scotland

"A six-minute spell towards the end of the first half encapsulated the way the game is going for Celtic.

"Sinclair controlled the ball into touch, Simunovic passed it into touch, Forrest gave it away, Dembele got shrugged off the ball and his body language was really poor, Armstrong ballooned a shot over the bar.

"Celtic are completely out of sorts. Motherwell want to make this a battle and a battle it is. This isn't free-flowing Celtic, it's haunting Celtic.

"They've got no rhythm, very little accuracy, not a lot of goal threat. Some of their main men are completely off the boil."

Motherwell will be delighted with their first-half performance. I think Celtic have been poor, I don't think their passing has been slick. Motherwell have had two or three chances.

  12. Celtic lacking clinical edgepublished at 15:53 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2017

    HT: Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

    Jane Lewis
    BBC Sport Scotland at Hampden

Stout defending from Motherwell and, in the final 10 minutes of the half they looked a bit more promising in attack. They'll need to take advantage of being in those positions. Celtic more fluent going forward, but not getting things all their own way, and not being as clinical as usual.

    Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

    James McFadden
Former Motherwell forward on BBC Radio Scotland

"They're trying to work it early so they can catch Celtic out of position, but Motherwell should slow it down a bit and get back into their rhythm.

"It's going well so far and they're under no pressure to take the game to Celtic."

  15. Postpublished at 40 mins

    Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

Dedryck Boyata does well to head clear from a dangerous Richard Tait delivery. The ball falls invitingly for Chris Cadden on the edge of the Celtic penalty area but the midfielder can only slide a tame effort wide.

  16. 'Stephen Robinson will be delighted'published at 15:40 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2017

    Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Radio Scotland

"Brendan Rodgers will be a little bit concerned he hasn't got the control of the game he normally has, mainly because of the way Motherwell have set up.

"Stephen Robinson will be delighted because he's been brave, he's allowed the wide areas to be open, which is a risk, but it's worked so far for him."

    Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

Finally we have a first meaningful shot on target as Louis Moult gets plenty of power on a free-kick from 25 yards. Craig Gordon is right behind it though, confidently plucking the shot out of the air.

  18. Postpublished at 34 mins

    Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

Celtic are seeing a lot of the ball but they're taking too long to get forward and Motherwell are working hard to deny them space in the final third.

  19. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Motherwell 0-0 Celtic

Moussa Dembele does well to make some room for himself in a busy Motherwell penalty box but the striker can't get any power on his header from Mikael Lustig's looping cross and it's an easy gather for goalkeeper Trevor Carson.
