    Wolves v Sunderland (15:00 GMT)

At the other end of the division, Sunderland's turmoil after their Premier League relegation has continued.

The one bit of hope for Black Cats fans - they're not adrift and a win could move them out of the drop zone.

But the form book suggests they won't come away with three points from Molineux this afternoon.

    Wolves v Sunderland (15:00 GMT)

As we approach the halfway point of the season, the table makes pretty reading for Wolves fans.

A 16th win of the campaign today will see them regain their 10-point lead over third-placed Bristol City.

It might be time to start plotting routes from the Black Country to Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge already.

  3. Can anyone stop Wolves?published at 14:27 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Wolves v Sunderland (15:00 GMT)

A manager who is loved by the fans, 15 wins from 20 league matches, and a squad full of quality suggests no one is going to stop Wolves being promoted this season.

Nuno's Championship leaders are looking to make it seven victories on the bounce against 23rd-placed Sunderland.

A win at Molineux would take Wanderers to 50 points - and you wouldn't bet against it as they face a Black Cats side who have only won twice this campaign.

Leaders Wigan host north-west rivals Fleetwood, while in-form Blackburn face a tough test at Peterborough.
