Mancienne thought his keeper had it. If he had only turned around he could have stopped the ball from trickling in.
Whether your keeper fumbles or not, Mancienne switched off. Welbeck passed it into the goal. If he'd been alert and switched on, he could have stopped it.
Danny Welbeck (Arsenal)
A lifeline for Arsenal. Jordan Smith has been looking good in the Nottingham Forest goal, but he has had a stinker there.
There looks to be no danger as he slides to gather the ball. But he fumbles it, and that allows an alert Danny Welbeck to slide the ball into an empty net. An absolute gift. Twelve chaotic minutes left.

If Nottingham Forest drop deeper against this Arsenal side, they will try and pick them off.
Forest have counter-attacked so well today, they need to keep it up.
Nottingham Forest 3-1 Arsenal
Again Theo Walcott gets into a good position down the right, again his cross does not get past the front post.

Kurdoza: The team is regressing year by year. Wenger is a selfish man, thinking only of himself. WENGER OUT
Jim King: Nottingham Forest playing well, Arsenal woeful! Fair scoreline!
Stephen, Hastings: Wenger is so past his use by date...personally finding it hilarious...all his excuses are used up. You’re a laughing stock now
Anyone out there still #TeamArsene? ArsenalFan TV may well be a bit lively later on.
Nottingham Forest 3-1 Arsenal
A ball is played into the Nottingham Forest penalty area, but Jordan Smith does exactly want you want from a goalkeeper - comes off his line and completely takes charge, catching the ball to settle any nerves the home fans have.
Nottingham Forest 3-1 Arsenal
Kieran Dowell easily gets past a struggling Rob Holding, but he can't find Tyler Walker with the cross.

Gary, Greenwich: Losing means that Wenger gets a chance to give his new excuses a run-out.
Chris, Newbury: Very poor team selection by Wenger, again. Why is he resting the team? For what?

Nottingham Forest 3-1 Arsenal
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino says he wants to put out the best side possible, but Arsenal counterpart Arsene Wenger has not done that today. And that could well cost them a place in the fourth round.
But don't take anything away from Nottingham Forest as they have been superb so far.
Tottenham 3-0 AFC Wimbledon
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino speaking to Match of the Day: "It was a difficult game. Wimbledon played so well. They had a few chances which they could have scored from. It was a solid performance from us. The second half was difficult - they started well and had some chances. We scored then and again quick and the game was over.
"We are happy because we're in the draw. We hope to get a home draw. The team deserves this. This is a competition we'll like to go far in. In my opinion I try to put out the best side to play."
Nottingham Forest 3-1 Arsenal
Eddie Nketiah has just come on for Arsenal, and he has just had a chance, but it is a decent save from Jordan Smith, who is off his line quickly and saves with his legs.
But signs of encouragement for the Gunners, who need a very special 20 minutes.

Arsenal don't look like they are up for the fight. They're all looking at each other for answers but no one has one.
It's fantastic from a Forest point of view, for them to go 3-1 up. Great that Brereton has got his goal. He deserves it.
Ben Brereton (Nottingham Forest, penalty)
He has deserved a goal, and now he has one. A perfect penalty from 18-year-old Ben Brereton and Forest are now 3-1 up.
Arsenal facing a shock exit here. The holders are in all sorts of trouble.
Nottingham Forest 2-1 Arsenal
Clumsy from Rob Holding, who clips Matthew Cash after a heavy first touch. Penalty for Forest.

The shape on the ball was all wrong from Theo Walcott. He allowed the keeper to come out and claim it.
If it had been a yard lower, Welbeck may have been able to get to it.
Nottingham Forest 2-1 Arsenal
Close to a Forest third. Tyler Walker produces a brilliant cross from the left wing and Ben Brereton gets in front of Rob Holding to get off a shot, but the ball hits the defender and goes off for a corner, which comes to nothing.
Nottingham Forest 2-1 Arsenal
Free-kick to Arsenal.
Theo Walcott takes it from the right, but Jordan Smith comes off his line and times it well to catch the ball before Danny Welbeck can do anything with it.
Nottingham Forest 2-1 Arsenal
Tom Wilkinson: Can't understand why Wenger has picked such a weak bench, it's not as though our 1st XI has been overworked this season and this is an important competition for us.
Paul Collins: Want to know why @theowalcott, external doesn't start more games? watch this one. Doing absolutely nothing.
Liz Tray: I don't get why Arsenal have played a second string. They're not going to win the CL/PL. They don't play Chelsea til Weds (and it's two legs). They are FA Cup holders. To show the competition such disrespect. Guardiola picked a nearly full team yesterday.

"You'll never beat (Tyler) Walker."
The 21-year-old, son of legendary Forest and England defender Des Walker, comes on to replace Zach Clough.
The older Walker had played in the 1991 FA Cup final, but probably best not mentioning that around the dinner table as he scored an own goal as Tottenham beat Forest 2-1.
