    The Liverpool boss said: "This was a historic game you will talk about in 20 years because it looks like City will not lose another one this year.

    "You will find someone who wants to talk about defending, no clean sheet, but he can blow up my boots."

    Liverpool may no longer have a 'fab four' but the three players Philippe Coutinho left behind can play a bit.

    Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mo Salah all scored as Liverpool handed Manchester City their first defeat in the Premier League this season.

    Cyrille Regis, the former West Brom and England forward, has died at the age of 59.

    He scored 112 goals in 297 appearances for the Baggies before joining Coventry City for £250,000 in 1984.

    He was a pioneer for black footballers in the game when he played alongside Laurie Cunningham and Brendon Batson at The Hawthorns.

    Regis, who was appointed an MBE in 2008, returned to West Brom as a coach before becoming a football agent.

    We'll start with the sad breaking news that Cyrille Regis has passed away. The West Brom and Coventry legend has died at the age of 59.

    He was a real trailblazer and we're keen to hear your memories of the man this morning.
