    Wahaaaayyyy!!!

Everyone loves a shot that goes out for a throw don't they? Junior Stanislas lines one up from 25 yards and like Ron Burgundy in a bearpit, immediately regrets his decision. Spannered.

Crazy weather. It seems to have eased now. Almost half time, another goal on the cards?

Sunny a while ago, it's now absolutely Baltic! Not sure if that is rain, snow or sleet but some sort of foul precipitation is hammering in.

You can hardly see the pitch at the moment!

I think the game is so open because they don’t need draws; Huddersfield need to get wins to stay in the league. So it’s becoming stretched. Huddersfield look good on the break, but need to be wary of Bournemouth on the counter.

It's been a lively start, Kyle, I have to agree. This may well end up being the best game of the day for neutrals. Scott Malone wastes a good crossing opportunity for the hosts before a ball into the path of Steve Mounie is just overhit. Huddersfield look a threat with every possession though. This is more like their old selves.

Daniel: That, ladies and gents, is what happens when you cross the ball onto Mounié's head!

Kyle: Great delivery and a lovely header from Mounie. Brilliant positive performance so far from Huddersfield. Excellent match so far.

Aaron Mooy has been involved in both goals now, fantastic ball in, and it’s a leap like Harry Kane’s yesterday from Steve Mounie. It’s difficult to stop an athlete like that once he gets up there.

The Terriers perhaps know that they need more goals if they are going to see this one out - full-back Florent Hadergjonaj chances his arm from a mile out and it deflects just wide. The crowd are pumped.

Really enjoyed that goal. Huddersfield have been good down the left hand side with passes and crosses, and it is a fantastic header back across goal.

  12. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 31 mins

    Huddersfield 2-1 Bournemouth

So close! Bournemouth almost respond immediately again as Charlie Daniels' corner picks out the run of Steve Cook from far to near, he doesn't get hold of his shot perfectly and hits the bottom of the post!

So close. Huddersfield look so very fragile at the back.

Eddie Howe will not be happy with his side's marking, or lack of for that goal. Zonal? They just held a line and allowed free runs on to the ball.

GOAL - Huddersfield 2-1 Bournemouthpublished at 27 mins

    Steve Mounie

    Yes he does!

Aaron Mooy's free-kick is a good one, whipped in flat. Steve Mounie is one of four men attacking it and he gets there first to flash a header down and in - his first Premier League goal in two months.

A very entertaining opening 25 minutes. Maybe too strong, an entertaining 25 minutes, played at a good tempo with both sides looking capable of conceding.

As we keep stressing the hosts really need the win this afternoon. Lewis Cook is pulled back for a foul on the industrious Jonathan Hogg. Aaron Mooy to deliver?

  16. CLOSE!published at 23 mins

    Huddersfield 1-1 Bournemouth

Tom Ince wins a corner for Huddersfield which is cleared but Huddersfield keep the ball alive. In it comes again and there's a chance for centre-half Zanka, but he can only nod straight at Asmir Begovic.

    Breaking

Some breaking news from just down the road, as League One side Bradford City more or less confirm a place in the play-offs by appointing former Huddersfield boss Simon Grayson.

Kyle: Lovely finish from Stanislas but the defending from Huddersfield was awful. Poor defence will surely be their downfall.

It was a fantastic finish from Junior Stanislas. I was applauding his composure. One-on-one with the defender, there’s a tendency to take it first time but he controls it, then when you think he might take another he scores.

Fantastic finish, and this game is back on a knife edge.

The sun is back out, dividing the pitch in half with shade. Here come the Cherries on the counter, Jordon Ibe plays in Callum Wilson but it's overhit and he's offside. That was a chance! Wasted it.

    Good game though.
