    There was a clear standout game in League Two as Forest Green continued their resurgence with an entertaining draw at Newport.

    If you're averaging less than a point a game you know you're in trouble.

    Of the bottom six only Bolton escaped defeat tonight, meaning they and Reading moved five points clear of Birmingham in 22nd.

    QPR, in 16th, will probably feel they've done enough to be safe now but Sheffield Wednesday are not quite out of the woods. Time is running out down the bottom.

    Well Cardiff are now just three points behind after beating Barnsley - though the leaders can extend that lead at the top tomorrow night against Leeds.

    Elsewhere Fulham have consolidated fourth with their win over Sheffield United and Boro have leapfrogged Bristol City into sixth by beating Birmingham.

    It was a formality in the end as two goals from Aleksandar Mitrovic and a Tom Cairney strike give Fulham yet another impressive win.
