    Portsmouth 2-0 Wigan

It's another nearly moment for Wigan.

Nick Powell and James Vaughan play a neat one-two inside the area, but the ball gets away from Powell just as he's about to shoot and he commits a foul.

    Portsmouth 2-0 Wigan

The Portsmouth fans are in full voice as the rain begins to lash it down again on the south coast.

Water is splashing up from the surface, but it doesn't seem to be causing too many problems at the moment.

Probably a good thing there are only 30 minutes left though - it's saturated out there.

Bristol City boss Lee Johnson was critical of home fans getting on his players' backs after a disappointing home defeat against Brentford.

City were beaten 1-0 to miss out on a top six return, but Johnson admitted they had little to help them from the stands against a tough Bees outfit.

"It's difficult for the crowd to get behind us today as we didn't give them a lot to get enthused about," he told BBC Radio Bristol.

"But, I don't like the jeers towards their own players when they come off. I've had that a couple of times as a player and it's not conducive to confidence levels.

"Maybe it's a good thing our next game is away. We'll take 2,000 fans to Millwall against a side on a good run."

    Portsmouth 2-0 Wigan

Sam Morsy was booked for his protests in the aftermath of that Portsmouth goal.

The Wigan captain thought he was fouled in the build up. Replays suggest he had a fair point.

    Portsmouth 1-0 Wigan

Portsmouth don't appear to be sitting back.

Nathan Thompson finds himself in some space on the right, but his cross loops onto the top of the net.

Wigan have got to push up, so there might be a few gaps appearing for the hosts in good areas.

I'm waffling - it's still not a game great in quality!

  7. Postpublished at 49 mins

What's Pompey's plan in this second half?

Go for a killer second or hold onto what they've got?

    Reaction: Ipswich 2-2 Millwall

    MickImage source, PA

Mick McCarthy may well be on his way out of Ipswich in the summer, but he was delighted to see the response from his side in an entertaining 2-2 draw against MIllwall.

"That was a great game," he told BBC Suffolk. "I thought we started really well and shouldn't have fallen 1-0 down.

"We went 4-4-2 at half-time and then we were ahead within 10 minutes and that changed the atmosphere.

"I've heard Neil Harris say they should've come away with all three points, but the more fool them, they should've taken their chances.

"But, I can only really take my hat off to the response I got from my lads at half-time, they were superb against a side that's full of confidence at the moment."
