    Alex Neil makes two changes to the Preston side who lost heavily at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday with Chris Maxwell and Greg Cunningham coming in to the starting Xl in place of Declan Rudd and Josh Earl.

    Derby manager Gary Rowett makes five changes from the side that was soundly beaten by Sunderland on Friday night. Former Preston favourite David Nugent is among the starters in attack.

    Preston XI: Maxwell; Cunningham, Davis, Fisher, Huntington, Maguire, Browne, Gallagher, Barkhuizen, Pearson, Robinson.

    Subs: Rudd, Clarke, Bodin, Earl, Harrop, Johnson, Moult.

    A pretty dismal Bank Holiday weather-wise has claimed a few postponements across the EFL and National League so far today, including the Championship game between Nottingham Forest and Barnsley.
