  1. Watch Kirby score England's fourthpublished at 62 mins

    England women 4-0 France women

Only one further goal for England so far in this second half... it was Fran Kirby who got it.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 61 mins

    England women 4-0 France women

A first change for England - Melissa Lawley is on for Nikita Parris, who has caused France no end of problems.

France are making some substitutions too, including Faustine Robert, who cannot continue.

  3. Postpublished at 59 mins

    England women 4-0 France women

We are coming up to the hour mark and England remain in complete control. We might see a delay here, though, as France forward Faustine Robert needs treatment after colliding with Lucy Bronze.

  4. 'Very balanced defensively'published at 22:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2018

    England women 4-0 France women

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on BBC Red Button

England seem to be very balanced defensively with Keira Walsh is just sitting in and all the players getting back into the shape. And, when they are going forward, they do it with real quality and pace

  5. Postpublished at 55 mins

    England women 4-0 France women

More neat and tidy play down the right from England through Lucy Bronze, who plays in France for European champions Lyon, but her cross is blown back out of the area by this fierce wind. To be fair, France need all the help they can get at the moment.

  7. YELLOW CARDpublished at 53 mins

    England women 4-0 France women

Millie Bright catches France captain Amadine Henry with a late lunge and that is a yellow card. France cannot do anything dangerous with the free-kick, though. Their attacking play has been almost as bad as their defensive display, which is saying something.

  8. England looking to increase the punishmentpublished at 51 mins

    England women 4-0 France women

England are first to every ball here and they look hungry for more goals. I remember Phil Neville once telling me that his Manchester United side liked to punish teams with big scorelines - his England team have the same mentality by the looks of things.

  9. 'Fran Kirby gets to it first and she is so sharp'published at 22:09 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2018

    England women 4-0 France women

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on BBC Red Button

It was just a long ball forward and Jill Scott wins the race and gets the ball into the danger area and Fran Kirby gets to it first and she is so sharp and gets on the end of it and its a great finish

  10. goal

GOAL - England women 4-0 France womenpublished at 46 mins

    (Fran Kirby)

England pick up where they left off - as do France, who defend poorly again.

Jill Scott is allowed to get on the end of a hopeful ball over the top and her cut-back is met by Fran Kirby, who runs into the area unchallenged and beats a ponderous Karima Benameur, who is slow off her line, to the cross.

A cool, low, finish and England lead 4-0.

  13. Asante injury the only cloud for Englandpublished at 22:03 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2018

    England women 3-0 France women

The only bad news for England so far has been that injury to Anita Asante, who had to go off early on after appearing to twist her knee. No news yet on how serious it is.

  14. England are doing great, but what about France?published at 22:00 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2018

    England women 2-0 France women

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on BBC Red Button

France can't keep the ball, it's so unlike them. I'm not used to seeing a France team like this.

  15. Watch Taylor add a thirdpublished at 21:57 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2018

    England women 3-0 France women

And here is that third England goal. Lightning did strike twice - Jodie Taylor, who scored the winner when England beat France last year at Euro 2017, repeats the feat here.

More to come in the second half? Let's hope so...

Here is Jill Scott's goal to make it 2-0. It's what you would call a precise finish...

  19. 'Excellent first half for England'published at 21:51 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2018

    England women 3-0 France women

    Sue Smith

An excellent first half for England. I have been really impressed by their shape and how they committed so many players forward... but France must improve in the second half.
