  1. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 56 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

It took three players to stop Xherdan Shaqiri but West Ham eventually do. They push forward quickly and Aaron Cresswell whips a ball into the box towards Marko Arnautovic.

The striker is unmarked in the middle and heads it into the net, past Jack Butland, but the assistant referee flags for offside.

Awful defending from Stoke and that is a let off.

  4. Postpublished at 51 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Pablo Zabaleta threatens down the right again and his ball over to the far post is just too high for Edimilson Fernandes.

Kurt Zouma takes no chances - hooking it behind for a corner.

  5. Postpublished at 50 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Erik Pieters comes forward again and slips it into Xherdan Shaqiri but it's just behind him and the striker can't quite get his feet around in time to turn and shoot.

  6. Postpublished at 49 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Stoke are passing the ball around well at the start of this second half.

Erik Pieters' cross is blocked by Declan Rice after some nice build-up.

  7. Postpublished at 47 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Ramadan Sobhi does well down the left, jostling and twisting before firing a ball into the box.

But the cross is way too high and long and it's an easy catch for Joe Hart.

Back to the London Stadium where we're underway for the second half.

  9. Up and downspublished at 21:01 British Summer Time 16 April 2018

Wolves sealed promotion to the Premier League this weekend without kicking a ball when rivals Fulham were held to a draw.

They will clinch the title if they avoid defeat at Bolton next Saturday, or if Cardiff fail to beat Nottingham Forest.

The Championship leaders are just one club who were dealt good news across the Football League this weekend - and there were also a few clubs given some bad news.

Here's a round-up of all the ups and downs across England and Scotland.

It's all kicking off in Germany now!

Shall we just abandon this game and fly straight over to Mainz? Anyone for a toilet roll fight?

  12. Barcelona's good Samaritanpublished at 20:54 British Summer Time 16 April 2018

My favourite story of the day.

Kevin Smart and his son Max were on their way to Barcelona's match against Leganes last week when pickpockets took Kevin's wallet.

A man paid for them to get back to their hotel and get Max a hot dog and Coke because he "wanted them to have a good time."

He wanted to thank the man so Max got on social media and did his thing before he was found.

    Feel good vibes!

  13. 'Stoke have to go for it'published at 20:53 British Summer Time 16 April 2018

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

I think it is been everything we expect.didn't expect the football to be free-flowing.

These are two teams in a relegation battle for a reason. West Ham aren't playing risky football.

Stoke at some stage have to go for it. It is who will take a risk that will win the game.

  14. Madness at Mainzpublished at 20:48 British Summer Time 16 April 2018

Unbelievable scenes in the Bundesliga game between Mainz and Freiburg this evening. Mainz are awarded a penalty courtesy of a VAR decision on handball. Only problem was that the half-time whistle had already gone and most of the players were back in the changing room. They are called back out on to the pitch and Pablo de Blasis, after waiting for the Freiburg keeper to arrive, scored from the spot.

To make it even more interesting, both teams are battling against relegation and that goal could take Mainz out of the bottom three and above Freiburg. Madness. Here is how it played out, as described by Mainz themselves on Twitter...

  18. Postpublished at 44 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Stoke have had four shots on target which is the second most they have had in the first half of any game so far this season.

    Now THAT is a stat.

  19. 'Sobhi waited too long'published at 20:43 British Summer Time 16 April 2018

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

If you are West Ham, don't let Xherdan Shaqiri get his head up. He has ability and played a wonderful ball over the back line. Ramadan Sobhi hesitates, he should have got a shot off. Half a chance for Stoke.

  20. Postpublished at 42 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Xherdan Shaqiri plays a lovely weighted ball over the top to Ramadan Sobhi and the midfielder turns in the box but completely fluffs his shot as it bobbles towards Joe Hart.
