Fabian: After that long goal-drought, Danny Ings should retire with Arsene Wenger.

Matthew: Great to see Danny Ings get a goal for Liverpool! Well deserved after coming back from some terrible times out with injury

Johnny: Ecstatic, euphoric, over the MOON for Ings to get a goal. Been absolutely plagued with injuries since joining and he’s worked harder than anyone to get to full fitness.

Mo Salah swans gracefully through the box again, and this time the Liverpool goal machine's touch is too heavy and it runs out of play.

That's a fantastic goal and just the start Jurgen Klopp would have wanted.

Sadio Mane does ever so well and drills it low and hard into the West Brom box. It eventually falls to Danny Ings and it’s a clinical finish by the striker.

Three minutes in and it's all kicking off.

From the second of two corners, Sadio Mane crosses into the box for Georginio Wijnaldum.

He leaves it for Danny Ings and Ings sends his close-range strike past Ben Foster.

That's Ings' first goal since October 2015. His celebrations show what it means to him.

As the highest altitude football stadium in England, it’s often chilly on the commentary gantry at The Hawthorns, but this afternoon it is a peach of an afternoon here in the Black Country.

I was outside the stadium as the Liverpool bus arrived and the travelling fans gave extra loud cheers when they saw Salah, Mane and Firmino get off the coach.

There must have been a temptation to leave some of his stars at home to rest up for Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final, but Jurgen Klopp has built much of his success on keeping his squad as a tight group.

Salah stars to continue his pursuit of the Golden Boot. Mane is also in the eleven but Firmino is rested to the bench. That allows Danny Ings to make only his fifth ever Premier League start for Liverpool.

I'll be watching the game with former West Brom and Wales defender Danny Gabbidon, with updates on 5 live.

Subs: Lovren, Mignolet, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Firmino, Robertson, Solanke, Alexander-Arnold.

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC One

Arsenal haven't won a Premier League away game since December which is unthinkable, especially when you think about the teams of old and the 'Invincibles'.

The fans are not coming to the matches and they are not unified. This will galvanise the supporters. People will come and watch and Wenger will get the send off he deserves.

It will hurt him to the core and leaving Arsenal Football Club hurts in your bones. I left 12 years ago and I still haven’t recovered.

He should have gone upstairs because this is a great and intelligent mind.

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC One

Wenger was looking for reassurances from the board and they weren't coming. He felt that if they won the Europa league and got into the Champions League it would save him but those promises weren't coming.

He’s a great man and a pleasure to be around every day. He looked more like a geography teacher than a football manager when he first started.

I was worried that nice guys didn’t win things but he proved that they definitely could.

West Brom won't recall this season fondly but they will always be remembered for upsetting the odds at Old Trafford and confirming Manchester City as champions.

Darren Moore has one win in two games, Alan Pardew had one in 18; Baggies supporters can be forgiven for thinking 'What if?'.

The caretaker boss will now be asking his players if they can restore a little more pride against the Champions League semi-finalists.

Liverpool have huge momentum and won't want that to be suppressed but they will have an eye on Tuesday's first leg at Anfield against Roma, with a top-four finish safely secured.

West Brom v Liverpool (12:30 BST)

Liverpool haven't lost against against West Brom in their last nine league meetings. The Baggies have picked up five draws and four defeats in that time.

Albion's last home win over Liverpool was their 3-0 victory in August 2012, when the strong-named Zoltan Gera, transfer deadline day king Peter Odemwingie and then Baggies loanee Romelu Lukaku were on the scoresheet.

West Brom did however win 3-2 at Anfield in the fourth round of this season's FA Cup, with Jay Rodriguez scoring twice.

Johnny: Liverpool's starting XI is enough to win, but that bench is phenomenal - Firmino & Ox on for the last 30 minutes? There’s goals in those players who will be raring to go against a tired Baggies defence
