Brentford left-back Yoann Barbet gets away with one here, as he's caught napping slightly but Neeskens Kebano's touch takes the ball out of play.

Soon after Fulham's Ryan Fredericks feels he should have a free-kick after a clash with Chris Mepham but again there's nothing doing.

There's a muted appeal from the Fulham fans as Tom Cairney - who has had a relatively quiet evening by his standards - goes down in the area, but the referee doesn't give it a second thought.

It's all gone weirdly flat, truth be told.

Now then, a chance for Fulham!

Ryan Sessegnon is brought down around 25 yards from goal, dead centre...

... But Aleksandar Mitrovic can't get it over the wall.

Bury's relegation back to League Two was confirmed earlier today by a 3-2 home defeat by Northampton.

Manager Ryan Lowe questioned how committed some of his players had been to trying to keep the team in League One.

He said: “I’m really struggling to sum up how I feel at the moment.

“I’m disappointed, I’m upset, and to be honest I’m feeling a bit distraught about it all.

“There’s not been enough fight, there’s not been enough scrap from too many players out there.

“I want players to see what this relegation means to people, what it means to the fans.

“Unfortunately I’m not seeing enough. I don’t think this relegation means enough to some players and that’s pretty gutting."

... Which Fulham are able to clear.

Here comes the first change for the Whites, too, with Neeskens Kebano replacing Lucas Piazon.

Sergi Canos again works himself into a good position down the Brentford left, but after Denis Odoi this time forces him wide Tim Ream is able to hack the attempted cross clear.

Soon enough, the Bees win another corner though...

Sergi Canos has other ideas, however, as Brentford defend the free-kick and counter at pace, ending with the former Liverpool winger curling narrowly wide.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 49 mins

    Fulham 0-0 Brentford

After a first half that was, at times, completely wide open it's been a much cagier start to the second.

That appears to be suiting Fulham, who win a free-kick after Ryan Fredericks is fouled by Chris Mepham. The Brentford man is shown a yellow card.

The hosts create an opportunity within 45 seconds of the restart, with Aleksandar Mitrovic heading narrowly wide under some pressure.

Ominous early signs for the away side?!

Right then, the second half at Craven Cottage is just around the corner. Can Fulham deliver an improved display after the break? Or can Brentford find a breakthrough?

Bees chief executive Mark Devlin certainly has his hopes set on the latter...

Barnsley head coach Jose Morais on their draw with Bolton Wanderers.

A last-minute equaliser from Oli McBurnie gave Barnsley a point in a 2-2 draw with fellow strugglers Bolton.

Boss Jose Morais said his team, who are two points behind 21st-placed Bolton, must look to win their remaining four games.

He told BBC Radio Sheffield: "What I think is positive is the team has the will and capacity to fight back.

"We need to treat every game left as a final and a final to win."

"I really believe we can stay up and my wish is that can spread in all of the team so that they don't leave for tomorrow what we can do today."

Hull City fell to a 1-0 defeat by Sheffield Wednesday to end their run of two successive wins.

The Tigers looked to have grabbed a last minute equaliser through Abel Hernandez only for the referee to change his mind and award offside.

Hull boss Nigel Adkins told BBC Radio Humberside: "The referee indicated a goal and the assistant ran back towards the halfway line too.

"One of their players asked the referee to speak to the linesman and then they have ruled it no goal.

"I've seen it again and it's very very close but it doesn't matter what I think. It was given and we lost."

Adkins added: "The stadium was very quiet and it was up to us to ignite it.

"We haven't done enough with the ball today. We couldn't sustain a tempo."

Bristol City fell to a 2-1 defeat at Middlesbrough to dent their play-off hopes.

Head coach Lee Johnson admitted the result left his side needing to win their remaining games.

He told BBC Radio Bristol: "We've got to win our last three games to have half a chance. We'll do our very best, I can promise everybody that.

"I think if the season ended today we've still had a great season, on and off the pitch.

"It hurts because you feel like you've lost something from having been in such a good position earlier in the year."

And there is that half-time whistle. It's goalless at the break, but it's been a terrific watch.

Brentford are playing more than their part and Dean Smith, you imagine, will be disappointed the Bees aren't in front. Wolves fans will feel similar, I'm sure.

  18. CLOSE!published at 45 mins

The half-time whistle can't come soon enough for Fulham.

On the second phase, Andreas Bjelland manages to stay onside, before bringing the ball down smartly and half-volleying wide.

Yoann Barbet's free-kick is straight into the wall, although the Brentford man is livid that the referee doesn't blow up for handball.

Fulham then come away with the ball and Barbet, attempting to track back, goes down off the ball. Nothing is given initially, but the linesman is flagging furiously and the Bees have another set-piece.

Can someone remind me which team is going for automatic promotion and which looks likely to finish in mid-table?

Sergi Canos is brought down right on the edge of the Fulham area. Three Bees players are over it. This is in a very inviting position...
