Donald: Another one from the Azpilicueta-Morata express.

Roch: Morata's head is so clinical. His head took all the finishing ability of his feet.

Viresh: That's all Morata needed, a brilliant cross from Azpilicueta.

What an impact from Morata. Downwards header from Cesar Azpilicueta's cross, he's been on the field a matter of minutes.

Game over. Tremendous header, McCarthy no chance.

    Alvaro Morata

Lewis: Goalkeepers way too protected nowadays. Nothing wrong with challenging a goalkeeper. Should be 1-1.

Dubsguy: You'd expect VAR to be used there. Didn't look like anything wrong on the replay

    Chelsea 1-0 Southampton

It's an odd decision from Caballero not to catch the ball higher or jump and catch it, there's not a lot in that. It is a contact sport, there's the slightest nudge from Charlie Austin.

Eden Hazard has been outstanding for Chelsea.

He glides past a couple of Saints players before delivering a low cross which takes a double deflection before landing on the roof of the net.

It comes moments after Willy Caballero escapes after dropping the ball over his own line but Charlie Austin is adjudged to have fouled the Chelsea keeper.

    Chelsea 1-0 Southampton

    Around 20 minutes to go.

It's a Manchester United v Chelsea final as it stands but Southampton have suddenly woken up.

    Can they force an equaliser?

Chelsea have lost their way a little since Willian left the pitch.

  10. CLOSE!published at 71 mins

    Chelsea 1-0 Southampton

Why couldn't Southampton play like this earlier?

Nathan Redmond hammers the ball from 25 yards and Willy Caballero is going the wrong way.

The Chelsea keeper somehow gets enough on it to divert it behind.

He didn't know too much about it but that's a great save.

Josh: Tadic & Redmond, 2 dangerous players on for Southampton

Donald: Bakayoko in for Willian sounds like a gamble to me. He still has a lot of convincing to do.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 63 mins

    Chelsea 1-0 Southampton

    Double change for Southampton.

Dusan Tadic and Nathan Redmond are on while Tiemoue Bakayoko is getting ready to come on for Chelsea.

It's Willian who is getting hooked. It looks like he might have picked up a knock.

Chelsea's goalscorer is able to continue but there is movement on the Southampton bench.

They have to respond. What has Mark Hughes got up his sleeve?

That was the chance for Southampton. Long is not a natural finisher, it was brilliant from Charlie Austin to put him through but he takes such a heavy touch. That is guilt-edged, a golden chance for Southampton.
