Winning the FA Cup wouldn't be a successful season for Chelsea. They have not qualified for the Champions League so it is not. They have a different mindset, but it might be a fitting end to Antonio Conte's reign, he would have won an FA Cup and Premier League title in two years.

FA Cup final victory or Premier League survival?

    Hmmm...

Southampton could find themselves in Wigan's 2013 shoes when Roberto Martinez's Latics experienced the sweet taste of winning the cup and the pain of relegation.

Ironically the Saints could face Wigan, who have won promotion from League One, in the Championship next season.

The Saints are four points from safety with just four games to play.

  12. 'Morata needs manager backing'published at 14:13 British Summer Time 22 April 2018

    Chelsea v Southampton (15:00 BST)

    Darren Bent
Former Tottenham and England striker on BBC MOTD 2 Extra

I feel Alvaro Morata’s pain. People have a go, but as a striker you need to play games, you need consistency and need the backing from your manager. If you put him in for two games, then out for two games he doesn’t get that rhythm to go and score goals.

You look at Romelu Lukaku, He had a dry spell earlier in the season but Jose Mourinho stuck with him and he came through it. Morata has never had that run.
