    Leicester 0-2 West Ham

Off goes Marko Arnautovic - a big ovation from the travelling support. Edimilson Fernandes is on in his place.

A topless male fan runs on to the pitch and is now being escorted away by security.

  2. Postpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

Swansea come again. Alfie Mawson shoes up to Tammy Abraham on the edge of the box, the striker turns straight into a Bournemouth double challenge. Totally denied even any small fraction of room. The home side are firm.

  3. Postpublished at 16:34 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-2 West Ham

It was Manuel Lanzini who came off for Andy Carroll. Now Marko Arnautovic is going to have to come off too I think. He is down getting treatment. He looks spent and David Moyes is turning to his bench again.

  4. Postpublished at 16:34 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

Just before that save from Hugo Lloris, Daniel Sturridge replaced Salomon Rondon as Darren Moore takes one more roll of the dice.

  5. Postpublished at 16:34 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

Lovely feet from Callum Wilson as the striker nips in with an interception that transforms a decent spell of Swansea pressure into another sharp drive up the park. It comes to nothing, but Swansea are running out of time to make their own chances count.

    About 12 minutes to play.

  6. CLOSE!published at 16:33 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

Agony for the Baggies! And it was almost the unlikeliest of demons who gave them the lead...

Harry Kane, who was back defending in his own box, manages to miscue his clearance and Hugo Lloris is forced to pull off a sensational fingertip save to deny an own goal.

Ahmed Hegazi's cut-back then causes problems from the next corner delivery but Spurs just about get it clear.

Ayoze Perez comes inches away from grabbing his second goal of the afternoon with a neat backheel flick at the front post.

It hits the side-netting and is out for a goalkick.

Bobby: With Mark Noble getting an apparently smashing goal against Leicester, he has most likely secured our place in the Premier League. Next season, we need to start focusing on building atmosphere and resilience at the London Stadium.

Callum: when Swansea go down the lack of depth and control in midfield has to be the key reason! Whoever refused to pay the extra few million for Joe Allen needs to be handed their P45 the moment relegation is confirmed!

  9. CLOSE!published at 16:31 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

Another huge chance goes begging as Nathan Ake heads straight at Lukasz Fabianski from a swirling corner.

  10. Postpublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-2 West Ham

    Andy Carroll is getting ready.

  11. CLOSE!published at 16:29 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-2 West Ham

No penalty says the referee as Mark Noble takes a tumble in the box. West Ham play on, Marko Arnautovic drives towards goal, holds off three challenge and smashes a shot that is deflected over the bar from close range.

  12. Postpublished at 16:29 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

The Baggies have had just 23% possession at The Hawthorns and they are still yet to register a shot on target.

They need something, anything, to help the ball cross the line and give them a lifeline.

Salomon Rondon is doing his best to hold the ball up on his own up front but Spurs just keep coming back with waves of attacks.

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

    Steve Claridge
Ex-Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 live

Swansea have not been convincing in this second half. At no stage in the first half did I think Bournemouth were comfortable but they have been in this second half.

  14. Postpublished at 16:27 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

Still Swansea press for an equaliser without any joy, still they creak at the back and just about resist the regular Bournemouth waves towards their own net.

About 20 minutes left, so much to play for.

  15. 'No chance for Hamer'published at 16:26 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-2 West Ham

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Republic of Ireland winger on Final Score

The free-kick comes in and Leicester clear it at first. But as it comes out Mark Noble hits it on the volley and it's a brilliant strike. No chance for Ben Hamer because he hits it so cleanly.

  16. Postpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Watford 2-1 Newcastle

Javier Manquillo's cross from the right is almost deflected into the net by Watford's Adrian Mariappa, just moments after coming on as a substitute.

Orestis Karnezis is forced to pull off a save from his own player.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

Allan Nyom falls to the ground holding his face after an altercation with Danny Rose.

Rose tried to get the ball from Nyom and raised his hands to push the West Brom defender away but the Spurs players aren't happy with Nyom's reaction.

Referee Michael Jones issues a yellow card to Rose but Nyom is still livid and his teammates are going to have to try and calm him down.

One of West Ham's goals of the season without a doubt - and what a time to get it.

Mark Noble steps up with a brilliant volley from range. A Leicester clearance pops out to him, he sends it crashing back towards goal, a searing effort that slams home in off the post. Ben Hamer beaten all ends up. What a hit!

  19. Postpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

    Steve Claridge
Ex-Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 live

The tempo of the game has just gone a little bit for Swansea. It is the period where they have looked the least dangerous.

  20. CHANCE!published at 16:21 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-1 West Ham

Decent effort! Harry Maguire - centre-back by trade but appearing further up the pitch in midfield now - crashes a rising effort over the bar after a loose ball pops up on the edge of the area.

    Leicester are still in this...
