  2. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Watford 2-1 Newcastle

Michael: Newcastle have had their suitcases' and sun cream ready ever since they reached the 40 point mark, still plenty to play for as well

Tim: Come on Poch, time to bring on Sonny or Lucas. Even Sissoko would be better than Lamela!

  4. Postpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

Still open in this game. Although Bournemouth are on top Swansea are still showing plenty of strong signs in attack on the break.

About half an hour to play. Can Carlos Carvalhal's side find an equaliser?

Bournemouth try another short free-kick but Simon Francis drives over from range.

We've just not seen the best from Riyad Mahrez today. Here he is on the far side in space, he glides into a trick and a turn but the West Ham markers stay strong - three around the winger force him back into an error that hands possession away.

  6. Lifeline for Newcastle?published at 76 mins

    Watford 2-1 Newcastle

    Alistair Bruce-Ball
    BBC Radio 5 live

Well that goal was totally out of keeping with the rest of Newcastle's performance so far today - a wonderful first-time pass from Shelvey to release Manquillo on the right hand-side, a deep cross to the far post and a beautifully delicate first-time finish from Perez to get Newcastle back in the game. Where did that come from?

  7. Postpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

It's all happening at the Hawthorns now. Salomon Rondon and Victor Wanyama have a race to get to the ball first and it's the Baggies' man who gets there first.

He just about nudges it away but Jan Vertonghen then brings him down.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:15 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

It should be two. Joshua King spins into space deep in Swansea territory - slack defending close to the bye-line. He chips a cross over into the loaded box, Steve Cook comes steaming in to meet it and hammers a header over the bar. Has to score.

  9. 'Good response'published at 69 mins

    Watford 2-1 Newcastle

    Shay Given
    Ex-Newcastle goalkeeper on Final Score

Rafa Benitez must have gone round the team at half-time and given them a bit of a rocket up the backside because they weren’t good enough. Good response through Perez.

  10. CLOSE!published at 16:14 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

    Tottenham almost break the deadlock.

Ben Foster has to dart off his line to gather the ball up at the feet of Erik Lamela after the Spurs man was played through.

  11. 'Good to see players in the away end'published at 16:13 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea City

    Shay Given
    Ex-Newcastle goalkeeper on Final Score

Leroy Fer and Leon Britton are sat with the Swansea fans in the away end today, and it's always good to see. I sat with the Celtic fans in the away end once and it was a cracking atmosphere

  12. Postpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

Andre Ayew wins his side another corner. Tom Carroll swings to the back stick and Federico Fernandez's header towards goal is hacked away close to the line.

Can Tammy Abraham get the goal Swansea so desperately need? He's getting ready to come on.

  13. 'Swansea don't need to panic'published at 16:11 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea City

    Steve Claridge
Ex-Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 live

I don't think Swansea need to panic here. A draw would be a good result. Everton is a really tough place for Southampton to go.

  14. CLOSE!published at 16:11 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-1 West Ham

Leicester have come out a side totally transformed. No sign of the sluggish legs and minds that dogged that limp first-half display.

But there is always danger on the break - Marko Arnautovic denied in the box by two desperate blue sliding challenges with Manuel Lanzini waiting for the tap-in.

  15. goal

GOAL - Watford 2-1 Newcastlepublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Ayoze Perez (54 mins)

The ball is curled in from Javier Manquillo in a deep position on the right and Ayoze Perez makes a brilliant run towards the back post to get on the end of it.

  16. CLOSE!published at 16:09 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea

A bizarre moment. Joshua King plays a free-kick quickly and Callum Wilson fires wide - a great opportunity to score from close range. The referee brings play back - shows King a yellow card, and lets the Cherries take the free-kick again. At the second bite, Lukasz Fabianski tips Ryan Fraser's effort over the bar.

  17. Postpublished at 16:09 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Watford 2-0 Newcastle

It's been quiet so far in the second half at Vicarage Road. Rafa Benitez is active on the touchline but Watford are still very much on top and in control.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    Leicester 0-1 West Ham

Huge moment. Aaron Cresswell - the last defender - loses his footing with Jamie Vardy about to steal the ball and run clear on goal. Cresswell falls on the ball and grabs it with his hands - outside of the box.

The referee is surrounded by a mob of blue shirts. They want a red card - but the ref hands out only a yellow. Lucky, lucky!

  19. CLOSE!published at 16:06 British Summer Time 5 May 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Tottenham

Salomon Rondon will not want to see this again.

The ball comes across the box and into his feet in a brilliant position. All he has to do is make contact and direct it towards goal but he gets muddled up, trapping the ball between his feet before almost tripping over.

Eventually the ball goes out for a goalkick and it's another wasted chance from the Baggies.
