    Chelsea 0-0 Liverpool

Trent Alexander-Arnold has indeed taken up a position on the right side of Liverpool's midfield in advance of Nathaniel Clyne.

The youngster doesn't looked at all awed by his more advanced role. A delicious throughball for Roberto Firmino put the Brazilian down the left-hand channel.

A first-time shot from a tight angle, but it would have had to been something special to beat Thibaut Courtois.

What does Conte see in Bakayoko? Seriously?! Offers nothing, but causes problems in that he is a liability! Crazy decision yet again by Conte.

    Ben, London

Rob Millward: Bakayoko starts again... What is Conte seeing in this guy to warrant starts in massive games like this! Couldn't keep the ball away from a snail let alone Salah.

There is a lump in my throat as I speak. He has got everything he deserves. No one has left such a mark on this football club and he will leave here the most recognisable person in the history of the club.

    Arsenal v Burnley (16:30 BST)

Arsene Wenger emerges onto the Emirates turf for the final time as Arsenal manager and looks a little sheepish by the guard of honour formed by his team, Burnley's players, the officials and opposition boss Sean Dyche that awaits.

He soon gets into it though, waving two hands to all sides of the stadium as a rendition of One Arsene Wenger does the rounds.

    Arsenal v Burnley (16:30 BST)

Plenty of Arsenal supporters have brought new banners to today's game in honour of Arsene Wenger.

Most of them are in French - and mine isn't great - but I THINK they say something like "The greatest," "Bye boss" and "Thanks for the memories".

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

These are draped over the seats of all the Arsenal fans in the Emirates Stadium today while the club staff are all sporting their own white version. Very colour-coordinated.

This will definitely be an “I was there occasion” even though it’s not the triumphant, trophy-winning farewell that Arsene Wenger would have hoped for.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, speaking to Sky Sports: "England is a special place and is so tough. Today we saw it. You never know if you are going to win, but I had no doubt what I had to do.

"You win or lose, you have to try and do what you believe. Today was proof we can do better, 11 players were playing in the Premier League.

"We lost a bit of focus, but that is normal. To make back-to-back titles in this league will be tough, but we accept the challenge."

    Arsenal

“I’m proud that over the decades we could maintain an identification of players to the club. The players have a special attachment. Part of life as a player is to experience a special place, and that’s Arsenal.

“I’m not involved in who my successor will be, that’s not my job, but what I would say to him is that he should follow what he thinks is right for the club. I’ve been guided by that my whole life here.”
