Oh, here it is! There wouldn't be a proper title celebration without the Yaya Toure song.

The Manchester City players huddle around him in a circle and start dancing! This is amazing.

I'll be singing that song all day now...

Arsene Wenger on his challenge when taking over in October 1996: "When I came here, you had no history of foreign managers being successful in England. It's very difficult to put that into context again but I must say, what was always the charm of Arsenal for me was the challenge, because it was for me to adapt to the local culture.

“Also Arsenal has always been a club who manages to combine the tradition and moving forward. My challenge was to move the club forward and also respect the tradition. When I arrived Liverpool and Man United were the best teams, they had great players. And that was the challenge to stand up to."

Pep Guardiola watches on as his team celebrate.

He has a real look of pride on his face as he soaks up the atmosphere. Lovely scenes of celebrations here in Manchester.

The Beatles' "Hey Jude" rings out around the stadium while the players pose for photos.

But the biggest cheer of the afternoon goes to captain Vincent Kompany. This is the third time he has lifted the Premier League trophy.

Yaya Toure is jumped on by his teammates and he receives a huge cheer from the crowd. They are really going to miss that man...

But the celebrations are a little too wild and they knock over the trophy!

Steady on lads, don't break it just yet!

    Pep Guardiola is enjoying himself.

He runs down the line of Manchester City staff, high fiving them all before receiving his Premier League winners medal.

He kisses it then looks up to the sky with a smile.

    Proud man.

Arsene Wenger: “I tried to commit completely, for so many years, to make people happy and I wish just that people who love this club will be happy in the future and get what they really want and love.

“I’ve met people for whom I am the only Arsenal manager they have known, so now this is a good opportunity for the club to have new people and new ideas to continue to move the club forward, which is what I’ve tried to do my whole life.”

Meanwhile in London, Arsene Wenger is preparing to lead his side out for the last time at the Emirates in front of the home supporters.

His 22-year reign is almost over and he's said a few touching words...

Manchester City are getting ready to be presented with the Premier League trophy. It's just been carried out onto the pitch now and it looks pretty impressive.

The entire club's staff and players are celebrating in the tunnel. Leroy Sane is going around giving his teammates a big bear hug.

I get a bit bored of football's various 'nice' and 'classy' social-media friendly token gestures, but City look like they are going to get the club's entire staff to come out and collect the trophy alongside the team.

A collection of various unknown faces are in the tunnel decked out in sky blue shirts with Champions 18 on the back.

Occasionally you catch sight of one you recognise from the first-team squad - there is Leroy Sane, there is Brian Kidd - but it is a group effort.

Arsenal have been tweeting some quotes from the manager ahead of his last game in charge at the Emirates.

He said: “Personally, I expect today will be dominated by sadness. It’s the end of a long story for me at Arsenal. But I will also feel grateful for having led this club - that I cherish so much - for such a long time.”

At the Etihad Stadium, a brass quintet decked out in thai-dye shirts and sailors caps are playing a ska version of 2 Unlimited's No Limits.

    Of course.

Meanwhile the platform is being built for the presentation of the Premier League trophy behind them.

    Shouldn't be long now.

    Huddersfield Town

Huddersfield defender Mathias Jorgensen on Sky Sports: "We can't be too greedy. We'll take the point and go on from there.

"We tried to press them high., we did a good job but got a bit tired. In the second half we were pressured.

"It's horrible chasing Manchester City, but when you come away with a clean sheet it's worth it.

"The confidence is the most important thing, this point and confidence we take means we know we can get it from the best in the league.

"The belief is as strong as it's been all year long."

That hard-fought point for Huddersfield edges them three points clear of the relegation zone.

However with tough fixtures away to Chelsea and at home to Arsenal to come, they might have to dig out some similar performances to make sure of safety.

The good news is that Southampton and Swansea play each other on Tuesday, meaning they will go into the final day above the drop.

Manchester City's pleas for home fans to stay off the pitch at the final whistle has not been heeded by all.

A group of around a hundred are bouncing around in the middle with inflatable bananas and blue flares,

The trophy presentation can't take place until they are cleared off.

I think they are slowly drifting away now.
