As soon as Iceland put the ball in the Nigeria box they cause all sorts of problem. That's definitely where they're most threatening.

I can rarely remember so many long throws and diagonal balls into the opposition area.

Iceland swing in a wicked cross but Leon Balogun gets a decisive touch on it to take it away from two onrushing blue shirts.

The subsequent long throw is repelled.

That was a good chance for Iceland but Nigeria's defenders have got a head to almost everything so far.

Nigeria will be frustrated so far, they're not seeing enough of ball in the final third.

They need to push that back three a bit further up the pitch - Iceland don't have many quick players.

Aron Gunnarsson is off long-throw duties for the moment.

Appeal from the Iceland fans but that was outside the area and Saevarsson himself wasn't too fussed.

Oghenekaro Etebo runs up to take it and belts it way over the Nigeria players in the area. A waste.

Iceland hassle and harry and cause an error to win the ball in the Nigeria half before moving it right.

But they decide against an early ball in towards Alfred Finnbogason and the chance is gone.

It's a good test for Nigeria at the moment, Iceland are dominating proceedings.

Nigeria have so far been able to repel the attacks and that'll give the back three confidence going forward.

Kenneth Omeruo rises with Rurik Gislason and climbs over the back of the Iceland man to commit the free-kick.

It's deep, near the halfway line but Iceland will look to swing it in the box.

Gylfi Sigurdsson plays it in there but Omeruo rises to win the header and clear.
