Nope, me neither. Good job Scholesy's not playing.

There are some clouds in the sky, but it is 31C in Nizhny Novgorod this afternoon. It will peak at 32C at kick-off, although it will be a lot warmer down on the pitch. This will be a real test for England and for Panama.

I think England will win 3-0. They pose a threat from set-plays which we saw on Monday night from Kieran Trippier’s delivery. England can beat anyone and they can win the tournament on set plays.

It's ridiculous that people want Sterling dropped. His positional and tactical sense is probably one of the highest in the squad. He's always getting chances because he's more intelligent. Low confidence maybe but he'll constantly cause problems for the opponent and he brings more to the team

    England v Panama (13:00 BST)

    Sir Trevor Brooking

I think England will win 2-0 and I think Raheem Sterling will get a goal. He's due a goal and I'd love that. I think Harry (Kane) will get one too but I don't think we will score as many as Belgium did.

Jonathan: 5.30am here in Florida. Up and ready, come on England. 3 points please.

Andrew: We need a win today to qualify but happy to finish second in the group as that path seems easier to progress. Winners in group likely to play Brazil or Germany in last 8

Jon: If most players had the same club-country goal disparity as Raheem Sterling, pundits would be asking questions about the quality of the players around him in the national side and the manager’s tactics, not the player. Wonder what’s different with Raheem?

Why is Rashford not starting?? He had a goal and a man of the match performance just over 2 weeks ago and Sterling hasn’t scored in 21 games for England. Southgate clearly has favourites in the squad and picks them to start even if they’re not performing in international games.

England manager Gareth Southgate: "To play with the freedom, energy and pace that we did against Tunisia was as good as anything I have seen in the tournament up to this point.

"Every team will want to improve but we hit a level that is comparable to anything that I've seen. The team that we selected for the first game performed as well as I can remember us playing with the ball in the first hour of the game."

A decision on whether water breaks will be taken in the heat here today will be made an hour before kick-off.

If they are, they will be as close to the half-hour of each half as play allows - and will last three minutes.
