England are playing at a great tempo. They look comfortable on the ball and the goal has settled them down. Croatia are marking zonal but it's a good header by Harry Maguire from the corner. So far so good.

Score from corners, and smash it long for Raheem Sterling. That's the gameplan and it's more than good enough for me. Keep your tiki-taka.

Perfect from Kieran Trippier, one of the stars of this World Cup. England have been simply deadly from set pieces. England's fans in dreamland after that but very early days against such a talented Croatia side - but what a start.
