Perfect conditions at Wembley for this friendly international against Nigeria and manager Gareth Southgate will be looking for those vital signs as the countdown continues to the World Cup in Russia.
Interesting to see how Jesse Lingard and Dele Alli dovetail as plenty believe they are in competition for a place in the starting line-up for the opener against Tunisia on 18 June.
Everton's Jordan Pickford starts in goal with the chance to cement his status as England's first-choice World Cup goalkeeper.

It looks like a great following will be backing the Super Eagles this evening. The Nigeria fans are set to fill the gaps between the black tarpaulins on the bottom and upper tier.

"When we find a grand piano, we just sing and some people dance. We just have fun."
Preparations for a World Cup can be nerve-wracking, but the mood in the Nigeria camp is far from dour.
"We have a lot of great players who have a lot of personality," vice-captain Ogenyi Onazi told BBC Sport.
"We have talents outside of football. I play the drums, I play the bass guitar.
"It is a game everybody has been looking up to. Everyone is waiting for this game."

So there are not many huge surprises in Gareth Southgate's England team.
Jordan Pickford starts in goal.
Then he's gone with a back five as usual with Kieran Trippier and Ashley Young either side of Kyle Walker, John Stones and Gary Cahill.

On the bench there are three keepers - Tom Heaton, Nick Pope and Jack Butland.
England: Pickford, Trippier, Young, Walker, Stones, Cahill, Lingard, Dier, Kane, Sterling, Alli.
Subs: Rose, Butland, Maguire, Delph, Livermore, Vardy, Welbeck, Loftus-Cheek, Lallana, Rashford, Pope, Heaton.

Ex-Chelsea midfielder Jon Obi Mikel skippers the side, which also contains former Watford frontman Odion Ighalo.
Nigeria XI: Uzoho, Idowu, Ekong, Balogun, Onazi, Mikel, Obi, Shehu, Ighalo, Moses, Iwobi.

England manager Gareth Southgate says Raheem Sterling is a "great example" to young children and knows he has support following controversy over his tattoo.
The body art is a tribute to his late father and Southgate stressed tattoos hold an "individual meaning".
"He knows what it means to him and he's comfortable he has done nothing wrong," Southgate told BBC Radio 5 live.
"He has always been a resilient boy from when I worked with him in the under-21s, to even younger than that."

England winger Raheem Sterling has defended his new tattoo of a gun, saying it has a "deeper meaning" and refers to his late father.
Anti-gun campaigners criticised the Manchester City forward after he shared a photo of himself with the tattoo of an M16 assault rifle on his leg.
The image has been called "totally unacceptable" and "sickening".
But Sterling said it reflects a vow he made to "never touch a gun" after his father was shot dead when he was a boy.

They may not be favourites for the World Cup, but Nigeria seem to have won fans over with their new kit for Russia.
Three million people pre-ordered replica shirts, according to the Nigeria Football Federation, and shoppers queued outside Nike's flagship store in London on Friday to try to get their hands on the clothing.
The home and away shirts, priced at £64.95, were sold out on the sportswear giant's website soon after they were released.
Watch below as hundreds of shoppers queued to get their hands on one.

What's the inspiration behind that delightful shirt? Here's how kit manufacturer Nike describe it:
"Alex Iwobi put it best: "They're gonna know Nigeria have arrived".
"A tribute to their 1994 debut on the world stage, the 2018 home kit features the traditional green torso, with the Super Eagles-inspired black and white sleeves.
"To modernise the shirt, the feather pattern has been abstracted, and the colours updated for a bold look on the pitch.
"Turned into an international phenomenon by artists Wizkid, Skepta and Not3s, the 2018 Nigeria home kit was iconic before it even took the pitch."
