Football statisticians Opta have worked out who has the best chance of winning the World Cup...

Brazil

The boys in yellow have a 13.2% chance, followed by reigning World Cup champions Germany (10.7%).

Gareth Southgate's England have a 2.1% chance of winning the tournament (one in 50).

However, the Opta model suggests that the side have a 54% chance of progressing from their group and into the last 16.

So the top two most likely teams to win this summer's World Cup are our two World Cup of kits finalists. Coincidence...?
