People are voting for England away 66 because of what it represents not because it's a great kit. England 82 kit was better and I'm a Scotsman. Peru should have won hands down. And anybody who likes the new Nigeria kit must have their eyes painted on - shocker.

Bournemouth have held talks with Levante over World Cup midfielder midfielder Jefferson Lerma.
No bid has been made yet for the 23-year-old, who is likely to cost around £16m.

Neil Raymond Fulton: Is it coincidence almost all these kits are made by either Adidas or Puma? Out of the really big manufacturers those two are simply on a different level
Tom, Leeds: I don't quite get the surprise over the Columbia kit. It's easily top 3 worthy. I'm not sure how the England 66 kit is still in this tournament!

Re 12:49 and the Denmark kit being similar to Southampton. According to Matt le Tissier (in the brilliant Quickly Kevin 90s football podcasts) they were one and the same kit. Southampton inherited it and rebadged it to save money.

Leigh Cassidy: Underdogs are winning so far!
Not sure about that - only eight teams have ever won a World Cup, and six of them are in our quarter-final of kits
According to Roma keeper Alisson, Brazil's key striker Neymar is fit as a fiddle after recovering from his metatarsal problem.
The Paris St-Germain forward needed surgery on a broken bone after being injured in a league game on 25 February.
"Neymar is doing great, thanks to God. I think the way the whole process has been dealt with was perfect. He has fully recovered," said Alisson.
"It's logical that, at first, when he started kicking the ball again, he felt the need to take extra care of himself.
"He has had to deal with the fear, which is normal after a serious injury, but step by step he has built up his confidence."

Yesterday I went to meet Russian artist Sergey Novikov,, external who for the past six years has been documenting amateur football in the country. From Vladivostok, over the water from Japan, to Murmansk, in the Arctic Circle.
He's taken hundreds of photos and produced a short film. The highlight for me - the two female medics who came on to treat an injured player wearing stiletto heels.
If you are coming over here for the World Cup, I'd highly recommend a look. If not, check out his website for more info., external
He'll be at the Vorota gallery in Kaliningrad next - from 15 June. Perfect if you're heading to England v Belgium.

Gavin Button: Can't help but feel that the Wales 58 Vs France 82 was a bit like the Germany Brazil semi final in 2014. Far more one sided than to be expected!

Blackburn Lad: Hmmm, seems like people are choosing nations instead of shirts... England beat Netherlands... really... I mean REALLY!!
Adrian Mills: Absolute shocker that Croatia and Peru are both out of #WorldCupOfKits. Most of the kits left in are just plain dull! Denmark's is the only decent one left.
Wales v Russia (19:00 BST)
Wales will "get in Russia's faces" on Tuesday as they try to take another step towards reaching the 2019 Women's World Cup, manager Jayne Ludlow says.
Beating Russia in Newport would set up a winner-takes-all game against Group One leaders England in August.
Russia lost 3-1 to Englandin Moscow on Friday, while Wales beat Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0 in Swansea on Thursday.
"Our plan is to step on the pitch and get in their faces and not give them any breathing time," said Ludlow.
The match is live on BBC Two Wales, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru & BBC Sport website and BBC Sport app.

No idea if that last one is true, but even if it's an urban myth, it's a good one.

Grundy: Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I heard that the 1990 W.Germany kit stripe was based on their previous tournament success and hope to win in Italy. Great fact if true!
