He's only about 10 yards out and onside, Wes Morgan just stops playing, anticipating the second goal. But Kasper Schmeichel spreads himself like his old man and saves with a foot.

Luke Shaw is shouting at the linesman for not being awarded a free-kick, but he was outwitted by Jamie Vardy to win the ball back for Leicester. Important save by David De Gea, again.

That's the end of Fred's Manchester Unietd debut, he gets a hearty ovation as he is subbed by Scott McTominay. Demarai Gray then shoots wildly over from miles out.

There is a chance though! Luke Shaw is sleepy at the back, Jamie Vardy flies across to win it from him with a fine tackle, Vardy then skims a great low cross in and Demarai Gray meets it on the volley. Saved by David de Gea!

Wasn't in the corner but he was not far out at all. Good save.

He made the Frenchman his captain. He has seen him score what could be the match-winning penalty and he has just applauded him warmly for an innocuous-looking run out of defence that earned the hosts a throw-in.

(I don't think I have seen every game but) I haven't seen Alexis Sanchez have a good game for Manchester United yet. He's not done much tonight again, so understand where you're coming from Paul and Robin.

Luke Shaw has been competent, tidy. No complaints at all.

Tonight is the first time Jose Mourinho has been without his right-hand man Rui Faria for a Premier League game.

Faria stood down from his role as Mourinho's long-time assistan at the end of the season to spend more time with his family.

Former United midfielder Michael Carrick is now on the bench, as is Kieran McKenna, who has impressed in his role with the youth ranks since coming north from Tottenham.

It is Silvino Louro who is liasing with Mourinho from the bench though.
