Man Utd v Leicester (20:00 BST)
As Dirty Old Town rings out from the PA Manchester United keep Leicester waiting in the tunnel.
Here they come though, Paul Pogba leading them out. Hand claps and back slaps. It's always surprisingly friendly between the sides. Wouldn't have happened in Roy Keane's day.
Man Utd v Leicester (20:00 BST)
Teams in the tunnel. Kasper Schmeichel has gone short-sleeved. Nice touch.

Yes, yes, yes.
Legend.
Just 10 minutes to go now until the start of the Premier League season.
You - yes, you - picked Manchester City to be champions again this term. Have a look at the full predicted table here.

Leicester manager Claude Puel, speaking to Sky Sports about whether selecting Harry Maguire is a gamble: "It's a risk, like United playing Paul Pogba. We've had to take risks for this first game because only three or four players in my team have played 90 minutes in pre-season. It's a good challenge.
"It was a difficult pre-season for us but we have tried to pick a team to win the game and to compensate with good togetherness, solidarity and a good mentality."

Robin: Really hope Mourinho gives Luke Shaw a real go this season. He is a class player. Just needs the faith of the manager to thrive.
Francis: Someone tell me what all the fuss is about Maguire? Played a few games in the World Cup against some average teams that barely attacked England then looked lost in the couple of games that were against good sides like all of the other England players.
I'm willing to stake my mortgage* on the fact that Jose Mourinho will not play Marcus Rashford ahead of Romelu Lukaku regardless of what the new number 10 does tonight.

I think Marcus Rashford has to play as the centre-forward in the number nine position. He needs to show the manager that he is ready to challenge Romelu Lukaku tonight, and take his jersey off him. If he does that, he will start to fulfill the talent everyone knows he has.

When Harry (Maguire) first came in, we worried about his mobility and positional sense, but he really impressed me in his first few months at Leicester and I think he has improved massively.
Leicester have got really ambitious owners that want to see the club challenging, but realistically, when you see what the other clubs have spent, and especially the promoted clubs, it is a very tough league.

Loudest cheer of the night at Old Trafford when the Manchester United side was read out? Paul Pogba, who is United's captain tonight in the absence of the injured Antonio Valencia.
The France midfielder is the only one of the United players that returned late from the World Cup to start.

Manchester United hand starts to Fred and Andreas Pereira tonight - the last time they fielded multiple Brazilians in a Premier League game was in September 2013 (Fabio and Anderson v Crystal Palace).
Jesse Lingard is up in a box, watching on in his club tracksuit. He does not feature today but he is not injured as far as we know.

Harry Maguire's profile went up after the World Cup. When a club like Man United come calling, it is a big pull, but I think it was a massive statement by Leicester to keep hold of him.
Harry hasn't said anything in the paper and isn't it refreshing to see a player get his head down and continue his work? It's a mark of the man to see that he has been selected tonight because he would have wanted to play.

Jeremiah: Has Mourinho been playing psychological games all over? He could have been preparing people for a weak Man Utd side, yet knowing well any first 22 players would form a strong and winning team

For Harry Maguire to play tonight shows exactly what he's made of. A lot of players may have said that their head's not right, or they weren't quite ready.
He could have easily been playing for the opposition tonight but there's been nothing of the sort from him.
He is very comfortable on the ball. We all looked at him earlier in his career and questioned whther he was the real deal. He's proven that now.

The United coach got here late but both teams are now out and warming up, and both were greeted by a roar from their respective fans when they emerged from the tunnel. I guess the new season does not start until you see your team on the pitch.
The floodlights are already on at Old Trafford by the way, although I don't think they are really necessary at the moment.
HOLD THE BACK PAGE: I think Paul Pogba is wearing a snood. He's also got stars in his hair and a big diamond earring.
I'm just hearing that the team coach was delayed getting to Old Trafford as well. United have form for that on away days...
