    Mohamed Salah starts for Liverpool, alongside Sadio Mane and Dominic Solanke in a three-man attack.

    Behind them Fabinho - recruited from Monaco this summer for around £40m - is in the centre of midfield while Portuguese teenager Rafael Camacho is at right-back with fellow academy product Kamil Grabara in goal after Loris Karius suffered a slight knee injury.

    Daniel Sturridge, Xherdan Shaqiri and Joe Gomez are among the substitutes.

    This is the latest Stateside pre-season leg-stretcher for Jose Mourinho and Jurgen Klopp's sides before the start of next season.

    But, there has to be just a hint of extra spice to affairs doesn't there, with the old enemy from 35 miles up the M62 in the other dressing room?

    Kick-off is in just under 45 minutes.

    After letting in a soft goal early in the second half, Willy Caballero made a superb save late on, before denying Milan Skriniar in the shootout. Talk about zero to hero!
