Bournemouth scored twice in six second-half minutes to come from behind and beat West Ham at London Stadium.
The Hammers, beaten 4-0 at Liverpool last Sunday, took the lead when Marko Arnautovic converted a penalty after Javier Hernandez had been clipped by Nathan Ake.
But Callum Wilson equalised with a fine individual goal as he ran with the ball from near the halfway line and slotted past Lukasz Fabianski.
Defender Steve Cook headed the winner shortly afterwards when he was too strong for Angelo Ogbonna and connected with Ryan Fraser's free-kick for a fine away victory.
It means West Ham have failed to earn a point from Manuel Pellegrini's first two games in charge, while Eddie Howe's Bournemouth have two wins from two matches.
West Ham 1-2 Bournemouth
Happy faces among the Bournemouth players and a big smile on Eddie Howe's face. West Ham will be wondering just how they managed to lose this one.
Leading at half-time, lost at full-time.

West Ham 1-2 Bournemouth
We don't see Mark Noble go off the pitch often at West Ham, but the Hammers captain has just been hooked, along with Robert Snodgrass, as Lucas Perez and Carlos Sanchez are coming on.
West Ham 1-2 Bournemouth
Jack Wilshere with one of the most obvious bookings you will ever see. Ryan Fraser had stormed past him and Wilshere deliberately clips his heels.
West Ham 1-2 Bournemouth
We said earlier that it was an attacking line-up by Manuel Pellegrini, but West Ham have looked shaky at the back all match. That's six goals conceded in two games so far for them this season.

Alex Scott
Ex-Arsenal Ladies & England international on Final Score
It will be interesting to see how West Ham react. Both the players and the crowd. We saw at times last season when it went against them there was a hostile atmosphere from the fans.
West Ham 1-2 Bournemouth
Expecting more goals in this one...
Steve Cook (Bournemouth)
It's all turned around. A free-kick close to the right side of the West Ham penalty area is floated in to the back post by Ryan Fraser and Steve Cook is too strong for his marker Angelo Ogbonna and powers a header into the net from eight yards out.
Two goals in six minutes have stunned the hosts.
