    Arsenal 2-1 West Ham

All of a sudden West Ham break through Felipe Anderson. He charges from half way to the edge of the Arsenal area, picks out Lucas Perez but the former Arsenal man's ball across the box evades everyone.

    Arsenal 2-1 West Ham

Free-kick for Arsenal right by the corner flag but Henrikh Mkhitaryan overhits it and the chance to put the game out of West Ham's reach is gone.

Still, the Hammers haven't really troubled Arsenal in this half. They've not been as threatening since Marko Arnautovic went off.

    Bournemouth 2-2 Everton

    Will Callum Wilson score today?

The striker gets away from Michael Keane and heads a corner ball from the right just wide of the near post.

    He's had three decent opportunities.

    Garth Crooks
BBC Sport football expert on Final Score

I want to applaud Jon Moss for that decision to send Hojbjerg off for diving. He's absolutely right and Hojbjerg has paid the price for it.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:38 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Huddersfield 0-0 Cardiff

    Big chance!

Cardiff are well on top now and should be ahead but Sean Morrison plants a header wide from a corner. He was unmarked and six yards out, should have been a goal.

    Nathan Ake (79 mins)

Apologies for the "Game, set and match" entry earlier - it was 2-0 to Everton then.

Anyway, Nathan Ake sweeps in after Callum Wilson's excellent angled header comes off the bar.

    It's 2-2.

    It's 10 v 10.

There are 10 minutes to go.

Well, that will make the last few minutes interesting.

Midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is shown a second yellow, seemingly for simulation.

Another one for MOTD to look at.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Cardiff

Cardiff have gone two up top with Huddersfield down to 10 men and are almost gifted a chance when Jonas Lossl races out of his box and slips, but Terence Kongolo hooks clear with Danny Ward shaping to shoot.

Lossl does much better soon after as he sticks out a boot to deny Ward at his near post.

    Arsenal 2-1 West Ham

    Alistair Bruce-Ball
    BBC Radio 5 live

It's a bit of a freak goal. West Ham couldn't clear their lines. Lacazette hits it and it comes off Diop. He knew nothing about it.

  15. PENALTY TO BOURNEMOUTHpublished at 16:32 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    There is hope.

Leighton Baines brings down Callum Wilson - Lee Probert points to the spot.

It looked a pen, to be fair.

We've not been graced with any chances since the flurry of goals.

About 16 minutes plus stoppage time to go there.

    Issa Diop OG

    The goal-fest cometh. Sort of.

It's a scrappy one as Alexandre Lacazette brings down a high ball into the box and his cross for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang hits Issa Diop in the chest and deflects into the West Ham goal.

  18. Wilson misses anotherpublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

Another golden chance for Callum Wilson - he's put clean through, but fires his shot straight at Jordan Pickford.

The striker should have reduced the arrears, but he didn't.
