  1. 'I would be going berserk'published at 16:27 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Smith sent off for Bournemouth

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Final Score

When the referee gives a questionable decision, I think you'll find most refs would give one the other way.

Both red cards are slight touches, Smith's put his arm around Walcott, a goal-scoring opportunity, and if I was on either team, I would be going berserk with the offenders.

Fair play to the referee, he's been in a good position on both occasions.

  2. RED CARD FOR HUDDERSFIELDpublished at 16:24 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Huddersfield 0-0 Cardiff

    Jonathan HoggImage source, PA

The hosts are down to 10 men as Jonathon Hogg is shown a straight red.

The midfielder and Harry Arter get into an argument and are in each other's faces, heads touching. Referee Michael Oliver spots Hogg pushing his head forward aggressively and brings out the red card.

  3. goal

GOAL - Bournemouth 0-2 Evertonpublished at 16:24 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Michael Keane (66 mins)

    Game, set and...

Gylfi Sigurdsson clips a cross in from the right and finds Michael Keane, who applies enough power on his stooping header to beat Asmir Begovic. Perhaps the Cherries keeper should have done better with that.

It's defender Keane's first league goal for the Toffees. Well done you.

  4. Close!published at 16:23 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Everton

Joshua King launches a fierce rising drive from just outside the are but it just clears the Toffees bar.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:21 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Huddersfield 0-0 Cardiff

Cardiff make a change as Kenneth Zohore, who has had a pretty quiet afternoon in the lone striker role, is replaced by former Huddersfield forward Danny Ward.

  6. RED CARD - Adam Smith (Bournemouth)published at 16:20 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Everton

    It was 11 v 10.

Theo Walcott again puts on the afterburners on the right, and all Adam Smith can do is bring him down a few feet outside the area.

    Arsenal 1-1 West Ham

Good turn in the box by Alexandre Lacazette as a bit of space opens up for the Arsenal striker. He aims a shot at the far post but Lukasz Fabianski again saves well.

A blow for West Ham as goalscorer Marko Arnautovic has picked up a knock. He's replaced by Javier Hernandez.

  8. Walcott a 'great outlet' for Evertonpublished at 16:18 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Everton

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Final Score

When your back's against the wall with 10 men, having Theo Walcott is a great outlet.

Someone that can open up the defence like that and finish with a great strike.

  9. Leicester 'show what they can do'published at 16:18 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Southampton 1-1 Leicester

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Final Score

We haven't seen them at all in the game so far and all of a sudden Leicester have come out and showed what they can do.

Great touch from Gray to fire it under the goalkeeper on the turn.

  10. CLOSE!published at 16:17 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Arsenal 1-1 West Ham

Arsenal get away with giving Marko Arnautovic the freedom of the box as the West Ham skipper is picked out by Felipe Anderson, but his snapshot is too close to Petr Cech.

Another change for Arsenal as Matteo Guendouzi makes way for Lucas Torreira.

Excitement breaks out at Huddersfield as the hosts have a couple of chances in quick succession. Steve Mounie's header is superbly denied by Neil Etheridge before the Huddersfield striker has two efforts blocked following a corner.

  12. goal

GOAL - Bournemouth 0-1 Evertonpublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Theo Walcott (56 mins)

    He's done it again.

Remember, Everton are down to 10 men.

Theo Walcott, who at the grand old age of 29 can show these youngsters a clean pair of heels , darts down the right, cuts in and fires a brilliant angled drive past Asmir Begovic.

A truly excellent strike by the former Gunner.

This would be an incredible result for the visitors if they can hang on.

  15. Postpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Arsenal 1-1 West Ham

Just like in the first half the action swiftly swings from one end to the other as Marko Arnautovic smacks a volley over at the far post. He was unmarked and should have done better.

  16. goal

GOAL - Southampton 1-0 Leicesterpublished at 16:08 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Ryan Bertrand (52 mins)

What a strike by wing-back Ryan Bertrand.

He unleashes a cracker from about 20 yards past Kasper Schmeichel and into his top-right corner.

    Has he scored one better?

The goal comes just moments after Ricardo Pereira tested the palms of Alex McCarthy with a stinging shot.

  17. CLOSE!published at 16:08 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Arsenal 1-1 West Ham

Big leap by Lukasz Fabianski to palm behind a good header by Shkodran Mustafi. It was just threatening to dip under the crossbar.

  18. Postpublished at 16:06 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Bournemouth 0-0 Everton

It's 10-men Everton who produce the first attack of the second 45.

Seamus Coleman unleashes an angled shot from just outside the box but it travels about two feet after coming face to boot with Bournemouth's defence.

  19. 'Arsenal living dangerously'published at 16:06 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Arsenal 1-1 West Ham

    Garth Crooks
BBC Sport football expert on Final Score

    It's end-to-end, played like a cup tie.

Arsenal do play a high line. If you are going to do that you have got to press the ball and that's not what they're doing - West Ham are hitting the space every time, because they've got the time to do it.

    Arsenal have lived dangerously.
