  1. CLOSE!published at 16:07 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Leicester 1-1 Huddersfield

Leicester win a free-kick in a lovely position and James Maddison is standing over it.

He hits it low, to the side of the wall but it scrapes the side-netting and goes out for a goal-kick. It wasn't too far away!

  2. Postpublished at 16:06 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Cardiff 0-3 Man City

Cardiff full-back Lee Peltier has fallen awkwardly and is clutching his shoulder in pain.

This doesn't look good for him.

Neil Warnock calls for Jazz Richards off the bench...

  3. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:06 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Newcastle

Jonjo Shelvey whips the ball in from the right, aiming for Joselu in the centre. The substitute thinks he's been fouled and he goes down in a heap in the box.

There didn't look to be too much in it - more of a coming together with James Tomkins.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:04 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

Demarai Gray has come on for Leicester to replace Rachid Ghezzal and Xherdan Shaqiri won't get on the score sheet as he's been hooked off too. James Milner is his replacement at Anfield.

And there's been a change over at Selhurst Park too as Joselu comes on for Salomon Rondon.

  5. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:03 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

Wolves have been sent out early for the second half by Nuno Espirito Santos, doing shuttles up and and down the pitch.

Finally United are out to join them.

We are up and running at Old Trafford.

    And elsewhere.

  6. Postpublished at 16:02 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    HT: Liverpool 3-0 Southampton

Xherdan Shaqiri has certainly made an impression at Anfield. If he can grab a goal in this second half, it would top off his performance.

Anon: Another disgraceful tackle from Cardiff. There's no place for potential leg breaking tackles in the Premier league.

James Watson: Cardiff player hacks down Gundogan... only a yellow card. Situation no change.

  8. Fred off and runningpublished at 15:59 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    HT: Manchester United 1-0 Wolves

Fred has been very busy for Manchester United in the first half.

The Brazil international, signed from Shaktar Donetsk for £47m this summer, has had the most touches of any player (58), the best passing accuracy of any United midfielder (93.6%) and has had both the hosts' shots on target.

  9. Postpublished at 15:56 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    HT: Crystal Palace 0-0 Newcastle

Palace have been attacking down the wings and putting plenty of crosses into the box but they just can't seem to find the back of the net.

It's been a similar story down the other end with Newcastle.

Christian Benteke is someone who is always a threat from set-pieces. Would he have made a difference?

Aaron: Liverpool are finally dispatching teams considered inferior to them with appropriate ease and no small amount of aplomb. This could get really ugly for the Saints.

Dr Albert Poon: A tear (of joy) literally rolled down my face when @MoSalah, external ended his goal drought

  11. 'United look strong'published at 15:52 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Manchester United 1-0 Wolves

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

It's been a real tactical battle out there and both teams have played really well.

It's been a game of cat and mouse, where Neves and Moutinho were very much on top and creating opportunities in the Wolves midfield but United's physicality has taken control of the game, especially from Pogba.

    United are looking strong.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Manchester United 1-0 Wolves

Fred has a free-kick pushed around the post by Rui Patricio in the final action of the first 45 minutes.

    Good shot, superb save.

    Cardiff 0-3 Man City

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Republic of Ireland winger on Final Score

It's a red card if the referee sees it properly. It is knee high, top of the shin. That is a red card.

The ball is bouncing, Ralls has time to asses the challenge. At 3-0 down he's lost his head and done him.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Cardiff 0-3 Man City

Manchester City's players are round Michael Oliver asking for red.

It is a high foot from Joe Ralls into the thigh of Ilkay Gundogan and none too clever.

There is history here. Cardiff's physical approach - and Joe Bennett in particular - was criticised after the team's FA Cup meeting in January.

And Gundogan has spent a long time out injured in his City career.

    Just yellow decides Oliver.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 22 September 2018

    Liverpool 3-0 Southampton

The Reds are hugely dominant. They lead by three goals at half-time in Anfield.
