Josh Earl: What is the purpose of having a Monday night game this week, considering there was only one game yesterday and no early kick-off? Arsenal play a Europa League game in Portugal less than 72 hours after this game. Television is killing it for the real fans.

Arsenal fans have found their voice now as they roar their side on. Suddenly Leicester are starting to panic a little, Daniel Amartey shanking a clearance out for a throw in.

Someone throw the Leicester defence a lifebuoy ring. They're having to deal with waves of Arsenal attacks. They survive for now.

The Frenchman's shot is blocked, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan unable to hit the target with the rebound.

Granit Xhaka can't find a red and white shirt from the set-piece and when the ball comes back to him a few moments later slashes a shot wide.

Mesut Ozil looks to be in the groove now. He's making Arsenal tick and lures the back-tracking Jamie Vardy into a rash challenge on the right side of the area.

Arsenal look to pick up where they left off and have started quickly. Ricardo Pereira halts their charge with an industrial challenge on Stephan Lichtsteiner near the halfway line.

It's been a really good first half. Leicester came out of the blocks and got the goal they deserved. Arsenal are fortunate to be level. Only top players can do what Mesut Ozil did.

That was certainly worth the entrance fee. An excellent half's entertainment leaves us square at the break.

Leicester's early dominance was eventually rewarded through Ben Chilwell's deflected cross off Hector Bellerin, although Mesut Ozil got Arsenal off the hook just before the break.

Time for a cuppa.

That goal just oozed class. Mesut Ozil opens up his left foot and its a genius finish. It was brilliant to watch. It was such a difficult execution but it was a sublime touch.
