    Liverpool 2-0 Fulham

    Liverpool

More from Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp: "You have to finish off your chances and we didn't do that often enough to have a clear result but I think we were focused and concentrated in the game.

"We accelerated in the right moments. We had big chances - I'm not sure how many, but we scored twice. I'm completely happy, apart from scoring more goals it was a really good performance. We had to work hard and we won it."

  2. '30 points - that's perfect'published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 11 November 2018

    Liverpool 2-0 Fulham

    Liverpool

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, speaking to BT Sport: "It's a good result and we have 30 points - that's perfect. I only saw it once [Fulham's offside 'goal']. Maybe it was offside. but we scored a good first goal and our second was brilliant.

"I expected this kind of game. It was harder but Fulham have a lot of quality and changed their approach. They didn't give us any chance to press them and made life a little bit uncomfortable."

Earlier, Liverpool recorded a comfortable 2-0 victory over Fulham to move top of the Premier League table - that won't change unless Chelsea can break the deadlock here at Stamford Bridge.

Here's how Jurgen Klopp and Slavisa Jokanovic reacted to the performance...

The tempo of the game is little lazy but it is a good game. Now one of the two teams, either Chelsea or Everton need to take a bit of a chance. Both are bit comfortable.

Josh Earl: The size difference between Bernard and Rudiger makes that even more embarrassing. Absolutely pathetic from Rudiger.

Matt: There is no way Bernard could have head butted Rudiger there. He has not got his stepladder with him.

Rudiger is laying on the ground, nothing wrong with his nose, looking around wondering 'Have I got him?'

Ridiculous. I don't know what gets into people's heads to make them act like that towards fellow pros.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 45 + 3 mins

The referee is informed of the situation and goes back to show them both a yellow card. Rudiger made a bit of a meal of that!

Willian stops Everton's counter-attack and Chelsea go straight back the other end. There's two players waiting in the middle but the cross is too deep from Marcos Alonso.

Off the ball, Antonio Rudiger and Bernard come together behind the referee's back and the Chelsea defender goes down to the ground holding his face.

There's initial contact, then Morata has a poor touch and decides to go down a fraction late. Whether it's enough to take him down I don't think so.

So the ref's just about got it spot on.

    Chelsea 0-0 Everton

Just under one minute of normal time to turn this half into a half-decent half for the neutral. Everton fans will be pleased though - they have barely given Chelsea a sniff and they have silenced Stamford Bridge.

Alvaro Morata drives into the box but he slips under minimal contact from Lucas Digne. A few Chelsea players appeal but referee Kevin Friend waves it away as it's clearly not a penalty.

Eden Hazard then fires a shot way over the bar when he follows through on the edge of the area.

    Chelsea 0-0 Everton

Best chance of the game because it's a shot on target!

Marcos Alonso smashes a decent volley from a tight angle on the left-hand side of the box and forces Jordan Pickford into a smart diving save.

If Chelsea are going to play Hazard and Willian as wide as they are, then there is no one making up that extra man and getting in the box.

The balance in midfield isn't quite right. All three like to play with the game in front of them. They need a runner from deep.

    Chelsea 0-0 Everton

Chelsea's build-up is nice but Everton are solid at the back and the hosts just can't breakthrough. Eden Hazard and Willian's link-up is broken up on the left and Everton get it out to the right to Theo Walcott.

His first touch is heavy and he's stretching as Marcos Alonso challenges him in a 50-50. Alonso's studs go into Walcott's foot but it was a coming together and Chelsea sportingly play the ball back to Jordan Pickford on the restart.

The ball bobbles around the Everton box as Jorginho and N'Golo Kante are waiting following a cross in from the left. In the end, Kante takes a swipe but misses and Everton hook it clear.

Nathan House: Jorginho is lucky to stay on the field after that challenge. Out of control, reckless, high and more than just a bit of a lunge.

Kit Michael Beaupré: Jorginho was lucky that was only a yellow.

Ashfaq Rahman: That's a red card for Jorginho every time! Atrocious refereeing.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 34 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Everton

Everton continue to frustrate Chelsea. N'Golo Kante comes straight into the back of Richarlison and gives away another free-kick.

Everton are allowed to play on but the ball through to Theo Walcott is overcooked and it rolls into Kepa's hands.
